You took too long to provide necessary information. Also, the speaker needs to eliminate all the "AHs"and "UHM's" from his vocabulary when making a public presentation. If you can't, then you need to hire a professional speaker. Thanks.

Hi Craig. When you're setting up your profile you don't have a certificate yet, so you shouldn't indicate that you have one. You'll apply for your certificate via IACRA once the account is set up. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 800-264-3907.
