Hi. Thanks for this. Just got my part 107 and a mavic air 2. Have experience editing landscape/architecture photography so I will probably just stick with photography. However, how do we look up competitive rates in my area. Some people do not want to disclose their rates because they say it depends on the job. Which makes sense but then it leaves us newcomers in the dark.

Just a correction: "drone" refers to ANY unmaned vehicle (aerial, terestrial or aquatic).

I've received to offers to fly missions for Bees360. One of the offers was 4 properties spread over 6 hours of driving for $150. That about covers the fuel for my vehicle. The other offer was 34 properties for $700 spread over 400 miles of driving. Christina is spot on about going out and getting the business on your own. Don't settle for DroneBase or Bees360.

I made a researched several insurance agencies and they tell me that I need to have drone pilot license like Part 107. What can I do in this case when I do not have it and I only want to fly as hobbies.??? Thanks a lot!
