PC can be viable. If the Arcane Master/Chronos can consistently convert the TT bosses to water and keep casting Lightning rod, and if you have high refine Epic Spirit Lightning and high level of Wind Damage prayer cards, why not? But KB + Pioneer/Revo would still be easier (you need to dodge a lot of stuff in TT and you cant move while casting PC unless you keep mount and dismount your madogear). KB is still more consistent imo.

Yup, still using this build in TTL and MVP hunts. The update nerfed pioneer drop but revo is still the same
