Another week of MVP hunt again, here is a compilation of some of my runs last week.
Some of the higher level MVPs can be one-hitted easily with the proper setup with a Saint (Lex, or Painful Release + Lex)
It's also definitely easier to hunt in a team compared to hunting solo.
Notes on some bosses with damage reduction shields
- Hill Wind: Tick damage on Hill Wind removes them (Use PC here, Endure/Chatroom/Stasis works against the vacuum)
- Gloom Under Night: Destroying the nodes will remove them (I find better results using KB and Pioneer on them). Better if there's an Arcane Master to cast Stasis to stop the MVP from casting annoying spells (Fear, Damage, etc.)
- Poi Tata: Picking up the skins from the ground will remove them.
Use your burst damage when those shields are down

Hello Cherry, I always adore your build. I want to ask, I have budget to buy either Drake* or Avalanche+15. Which one should I buy first?
I just successed refine my Greed Shirt to +15, and I have +6 Avalanche Morale 4.
I dont have Abyssal Cry, yet until now T_T

which card do you prefer? toad star or mastering star(dmg inc)? since that build doesn't use much of Luk
Raydric star. If I have to choose between the mini stars, it would be toad star
Just wondering why do you prefer Rosa over EB? Also, do you need to max Madogear skill in Mech? Thank you
I prefer +15 Eb over rosa, but I don’t have the funds for it yet. I only get one level in madogear.

How to increase Penetration btw? I already maxed my Penetration in prayers but just got around 33%

Do you use fire converter for all bosses? Or which bosses do you use different converter? Also do you swap cards out for certain bosses or is it generally Mino?
fire converter for most bosses except for fire and water bosses: water converter for kaho and poi tata, lightning for garm and spashire, etc.
Yeah i don’t swap my mino card out, will probably deal higher damage to bosses like Arc Angeling if I do, but card swapping is just too inconvenient when you’re rushing for time during boss hunts.

@@iRegenesis haha i think my atk% depos helped a lot, but there are many LBs out there with higher atk% depos and much better gears than I do, I still have much to learn and improve
hi Chery, is photon cannon still consider as melee attack?
The melee/range and physical/magic calculation is based on your weapon. So PC is considered melee physical attack, but like KB and AC, it can be reduced by the target’s range reduction.
i wanna ask, if we play machine revo... to upgrade the dmg we must up the pray card for neutral dmg?

It's actually fast enough, depending on how you move around. For weaker bosses AC/KB would be sufficient. And even if you use your combo for stronger bosses, you still have the circle skill to refresh your cd for the next boss.

Do you recommend this build for f2p player over hg/asura build for mvp? I’m thinking to switch to LB full time from shura as i rarely do mvp and 6v6. But i still want mvp sometime but i’m not sure if i can still compete if i move to LB with low gacha depo. Currently at 1.2k atk depo and 2% dmg inc
Depends on what MVP you wanna hunt. If you're hunting the summoned/Yuno-and-beyond MVPs then you're at a disadvantage if you're F2P.
The other MVPs just depend on fly wing luck and Shura/LB will both be able to ohko or take last hit comfortably.
CherrySmith yea bro the other mvps is just depend on luck. I can kill all mvp with my f2p shura if there is no competition. I just bring slave priest and lk buff. Do you think i still can kill it with this LB build? Or do you think it will take a lot of effort compare to hit and fwing shura?
If you can kill all mvps i don’t see why you should change.
If your shura is Asura Strike build, then changing to LB with high sp isn’t hard, the problem would be getting ignore def. If you’re a hellgate Shura, then you’ll need to think about building your hp and sp.
Converting won’t be that easy but Shuras are relatively easier to convert to LB.

roughly the same, you'll give up pioneer/Kb damage if you go deathcat, but gain roughly similar damage in MR.
what buff skill in your prepare elite?
Cart Boost, Loud Exclamation, Anti-Gravity, Overthrust, Max Overthrust, Weapon Perfection, Adrenaline Rush (for better movement speed)
Howmuch your atk% depo?

SP, Machine Revo’s damage is calculated based on Atk and Current HP and Current SP and Vit

yup you’ll need to max that for revo damage

for this build, survival ring not is better?
Not really, the attack and dmg modifiers from attack accessories still trumps hp
My build wants the best total output from both KB/Pioneer and Revo combined, while still retaining AC for some burst damage when needed.
Using Survival ring will make the damage of your KB/Pioneer/AC much lower.

deathcat boots is a value for money option, but end game best in slot should be momo (provided you have very high base maxhp and maxsp)

3. I take all the luk switches in my aesir too. But the lack of Luk doesn’t affect my KB/Pioneer damage much as it’s mostly based on Dex
Without putting points in Luk i do about 100k less damage in KB, and about 600k less in Pioneer
By maxing Vit(and putting some in Int) my Revo deals a few million more damage.
So my total burst damage is much higher if I invest in Vit(or Vit+Int) compared to Luk

I always use Penetration.

170% for rachel mvps, 200% for TTL
For players it depends, on Saints with buffs you'll probably need 200%+ to ignore all their def but you'd probably have to give up survivability or damage modifiers that may not be worth it
is off hand skull bracer better than rosa?
yup but it’s not recommended if you have low ignore def
How much min ignore def if we want to equip offhand skul bracer
