I have a big tree size plant. May be as you say 6feet tall. It flowers only seasonal in summer. Do they really flower throughout the year? I never knew that. If so normal homemade liquid fertilizers will help?

Yes, absolutely. Ixora flowers round the year, maybe the intensity is less. First prune the plant regularly, dont let it grow leggy and long, use banana peel fertilizer regularly..
