I have that HBK vs Bret Hart ladder match from July 21, 1992. It was on one of the WWF Coliseum video's. Bret shouldn't be blaming HBK for making the match famous 2 years later. Like Bret said himself that Vince wanted to see it so if wants to blame someone for using that match again, blame Vince, he's the boss after all.
@@3Overhaus he refused to take it because it defeated the purpose of putting Shawn over at mania. No one would think he was the legit champion going into mania. Did hart of Sid beat on raw when Austin cost him the match ? Did Undertaker have Bret beat at ss when Shawn cost him the match ? Did Bret have backlund beat when Owen cost him the match ? No because that’s not how it’s done.
Makes no sense he blames Shawn. Shawn was involved in the first WWF Ladder Match with Bret in 1992 which Bret said himself that Shawn was his choice and Vince wanted to see the match. If Bret wants to blame someone for using the match 2 years later, blame the boss Vince not Shawn.
Genius in the ring no doubt, but such a miserable person out of it,just isn't happy unless he's moaning,it's like he's actively trying to ruin his legacy
Bret didn't a lot of slick stuff to Shawn and acted like it wasn't a big deal. But when Shawn did ot back he does a lot of crying. Bret more of a villain than he knows.
Bret saying that Shawn "stole" the ladder match and used it himself is ridiculous. That's like saying Mick Foley stole Hell in a Cell from Shawn Michaels
Shawn stole the finish from Bret. That was his beef. It’s a finish that Bret brought from his Calgary days and did in his ladder match with Shawn. Bret specifically asked Shawn not to take the finish and he did.
That’s nothing like saying that at all. Shawn didn’t pitch hell in a cell. Bret pitched the idea and asked Shawn to trial it in a dark match. They did and Vince liked the idea and Shawn stole it for Mania. If Bret had already done a ladder match, he wouldn’t have cared who used it next.
What a bitter, egocentric, delusional person Bret Hart is. All is has to say is "It should have been me". Always. All the time. In every occasion. In 12 minutes he took credit for ladder match, Bulldog title and 100% of summerslam wonderful match success.
I've never been Bret's biggest fan, but he was always great, and the Bulldog match at Wembley was 99% him. If Davey wrestled anyone else that say it would have been a dumpster fire.
He sure does complain a lot. Complaining about his own family Bulldog and Anvil doing coke all the time when they're both dead and can't defend themselves anymore. Bret himself admitted to doing coke as well in the past.

you need to keep Bret strong
Hmm .. that was odd. The ladder match was a Canadian thing... But Shawn STOLE it from HIM?... That was odd. Lol
It was a concept bret brought to wwf. The first ladder match was bret v shawn for the IC title. As a match to show Vince what a ladder match was
Makes no sense he blames Shawn. Shawn was involved in the first WWF Ladder Match with Bret in 1992 which Bret said himself that Shawn was his choice and Vince wanted to see the match. If Bret wants to blame someone for using the match 2 years later, blame the boss Vince not Shawn.
@fmthebaron cause the concept was forgotten about until shawn brought the idea up for the wm10 match with razor.
It's from Stampede Wrestling, Bret's father's company in Canada. Bret had wrestled ladder matches prior and he brought the concept to Vince.
Genius in the ring no doubt, but such a miserable person out of it,just isn't happy unless he's moaning,it's like he's actively trying to ruin his legacy
completely agree
Bret didn't a lot of slick stuff to Shawn and acted like it wasn't a big deal. But when Shawn did ot back he does a lot of crying. Bret more of a villain than he knows.
Had a stroke myself trying to read your sentence. There is no story of Bret being shady tons about Shawn. The Bret hate train needs to be studied
Like what ?
By going right to Shawn's face and telling him the plan? Alrighty then.
Bret saying that Shawn "stole" the ladder match and used it himself is ridiculous. That's like saying Mick Foley stole Hell in a Cell from Shawn Michaels
Shawn didnt bring the hell on the cell to wwe...as a idea... bret did bring the ladder march as a idea...
Shawn stole the finish from Bret. That was his beef. It’s a finish that Bret brought from his Calgary days and did in his ladder match with Shawn. Bret specifically asked Shawn not to take the finish and he did.
Bret got a huge ego and plays the victim a lot. He gets away with it because Canadians defend him no matter what.
@@FredDoGG1985 No he didn't
What a bitter, egocentric, delusional person Bret Hart is. All is has to say is "It should have been me". Always. All the time. In every occasion. In 12 minutes he took credit for ladder match, Bulldog title and 100% of summerslam wonderful match success.
And you thought The Rock and Hogan liked giving themselfs credit for everything.
He was a pioneer and doesn’t get credit for a lot of things including starting the attitude era.
@@jeffwolfplays0513Bret was a vocal critic about the Attitude era direction
@@3Overhaus well he saw what it was turning into. It became a Jerry springer show after Bret left.
Ummmmmm
Who's Billdog? lol
I've never been Bret's biggest fan, but he was always great, and the Bulldog match at Wembley was 99% him. If Davey wrestled anyone else that say it would have been a dumpster fire.
Bret Hart is a horrible person.
Then don't watch. Nobody is forcing you. Millions of other videos on TH-cam to choose from.
He sure does complain a lot. Complaining about his own family Bulldog and Anvil doing coke all the time when they're both dead and can't defend themselves anymore. Bret himself admitted to doing coke as well in the past.
Hes awesome my favorite wrestler.
Horrible people judge others who they don't even know....So what do that say about you lol
And people call Bret bitter....Some fans are on a hole different level of bitter.
Classic Neidhart. Guy was an Olympian on the slopes and slalom.🗞️ 🌬️❄️🗻🚬🪨
