    best video on loss of lumber lordosis in Hindi on TH-cam! Really thank you and much appreciated.
    I have loss of lumber lordosis and doing excercise from last 7 days. Muscles are relaxed now but pain in lumber spine is same, even I can not bow for second. Please tell what should I do and how much time will it take for the full recovery.

    Satulan asan, Vashisht yog asan karti, ye saare asan aapne bataye roz karti. Mera lumbar lordosis khade rehte to bahot dikhta aur let jaane se lordosis sidha ho jaata. Letne par he bahot spine dukhta

    Went to a pysio today he adviced me exactly these exercises also said not to do toe touch or any other exercise that requires you to bent front

    Thanks for a great video. I have been diagnosed with loss of lumbar curve. The flat back is now a longstanding issue and I've had chronic lumbar paraspinal muscle tightness as a result for about 5 years. I started practicing your exercises about 6 weeks ago once a day. So how many months do you expect will be required to start to notice a reasonable improvement in symptoms? (i.e. stopping the chronic tension in the paraspinals)

    Sir,
    I'm 28 year old, and I used to work 8-9 hours in sitting position. I'm 6 feet tall and physically very active. 4-5 months back I have diagnosed with slip disc at L4-L5, Loss of lumbar lordosis, which later enters to severe sciatica. I have taken ayurvedic treatment with massage from which my 50% pain is reduced. but every time I sit for more than 30 mins. My lumbar pops out and become very stiff. Which will be become flexible after a sleep of 1-2 hours. Ayurvedic doctor suggested me same exercises which involves lifiting a hand and other leg at baby crawling position. Whether above said all exercises are applicable for my problem?.
    And support belt can be used or not.

    I have l4 l5 and l5 S1 I have been regularly going for physiotherapy for last one and half month and taking medication. initially it was only numbness but for the last three weeks number reduced and tingling started in left foot which some time gets severe. I can walk on flat surface up to while walking 400 steps after it numbness starts of full left side foot. initially pain of left side hip bone which is not bit little sensitive on hip bone area. i am going to office regularly. what is my next course of action. how long I will take to recover fully and what I need to do more. thank you

    Sir i want to ask you one question
    When i lay down on the floor with my leg straight...my low back not touches the floor...i can pass my hand from the place in between floor and my low back ..but when i fold my both legs towards chest then my low back fully touched the floor.
    Is it is the case of lumber lordosis
    I m having the the issue of low back stiffness and heavyness last from 2 years..
