I've studied Revan's journey throughout my time as a jedi, I find some of his force powers fascinating and could agree with him on how some parts of the jedi code are wrong.

@@DevilWolf000 Revan was NOT at full power in the Foundry. He was weak and recovering from his literal centuries-long imprisonment and torture by Vitiate at the time. He needed to meditate in the Control Chamber just to recover even a fraction of his power, but the imperial boarding party cut through the Foundry and reached him BEFORE he could get even so much as half-recovered. If you had spent hundreds of years being brutally tortured, having your soul ripped apart and put back together again, and your very spirit dissected over and over by some mad god with no sense of mercy, you'd be a shadow of your former self too.
It’s crazy that Revan is responsible for one of the biggest dangers to the galaxy, the activation of the mass shadow generator was dangerous, but it made something far worse, Darth Nihilus. Can we have a video on the lord of hunger?
It worked out though because the mass shadow generator created 2 wounds in the force, Meetra and Nihilus. There was literally not another soul besides Meetra who could have stopped Nihilus, due to the fact that she was the same thing as him, only she managed to keep her humanity.

And his powers can be countered with the right knowledge. Being a wound in the force doesnt necessarily grant you power. It just puts you in a unique position. But of course, no one else paid attention to KOTOR 2.

Too much usage of this ability turns you into an abomination of the force. As for how a fight between Nihilus and Valkorion would play out is difficult to say, all depending on whether or not he can consume Valkorion's spirit. And as far as Revan is concerned, Nihilus would drain him just like everybody else since Revan has no means to defend against a technique that consumes entire planets. And maybe next time you could try not acting like a self conceited dick. Just a thought.

Maybe... but Vitiate was destroyed by the ghosts of Revan, Meetra, and by the Hero of Tython/Outlander. This expansion in SWTOR was made as a response to Episode IX, though I think that SWTOR handled Vitiate's return much better than Disney did with Palpatine.
Revan is probably my favorite character in all of Star Wars. When I was younger, I came up with a character for myself in Star Wars, who was a grand-descendant of Revan, during the Clone Wars. He was apprenticed to Obi-Wan during the Clone Wars, ended up surviving Order 66, and helped as a member of Fulcrum during the time of the Rebellion. He also piloted the Ebon Hawk, which had come into his family's possession sometime after it's abandonment on Dromund Kaas during the ending events of the Revan novel, and had been passed down through generations, along with Revan's lightsaber.
I would like to see a Star Wars movie telling Revan's story and have Keane Reeves star as Revan. If George Lucas is going to re-work Star Wars perhaps Sebastian Stan could star as Luke Skywalker since he resembles a lot like the younger Luke we got from the original trilogy.

I had played KOTOR so many times from childhood to adulthood and I never knew how how deep his story is and how great a character Revan is. I just thought he was a cool character this whole time. But only recently did I do some research on him after doing another replay of KOTOR. He is now officially my #1 favorite Star Wars character. Great video Theory! Learned a lot of new stuff today. I know I'm late, but "Sidious vs Vitiate" power question misses the point a bit. Palpatine is probably stronger, but Vitiate was far more dangerous. Sidious wanted to rule while Vitiate wanted to consume everything and become the Force. The only difference between Vitiate and Nihilus was that the former had some more self-control and got better results for it.
Revan is one of my favorite characters because he was one of the few that found clarity in the Force. He didn't disregard the dark side's power and philosophy, neither the light side's. He perfectly channeled both the light and the dark side, true balance in the Force. And what I like the most about him, he follows his own code, not the Jedi's or Sith's. I relate to him in that aspect, because one can't be entirely light or dark. Hopefully KOTOR and SWTOR become canon again because it is full of great mystical lore and if its canonized again, Disney I beg you NOT to ruin this wonderful era of the Star Wars universe.
Swtor just demolishes all cool things about Revan and Kotor 2 to make their “new” Old Republic canon where Meetra Surik isn’t special and all of their companions die in shitty ways.

Good video, but I wanted to point out some of the points you brought up. The "Outlander" wasn't given that name until he/she "invaded" Zakuul (Prince Arcann's words). Only Zakuulans referred to the individual as the Outlander. In the game, Republic or Empire participated and were mostly referred to by their specific class or Commander. The term Outlander was used well after the defeat of Revan at the Temple of Sacrifice. Also, since the Jedi Knight defeated Vitiate as the one that Lord Scourge had a vision of and is the reason Revan was betrayed by him.
I think it probably started when The Old Republic Dlc revealed Revan's face and many people pointed out of how he looks similar to Keanu Reeves therefore the Support for it

Revan’s feud with Emperor Vitiate is legendary and easily one of my favorite arcs in his life its sad though that in the end he doesn’t prevail in slaying the tyrant. Sure he destroyed Mandalore the Ultimate bringing peace to the Republic for the time being and redeemed himself after the Dark path and killing Darth Malak on Star Forge they were all amazing arcs but I think when he attempts to pursue Vitiate again after being brainwashed by him during the end of the Mandalorian Wars I love it so personal and the aid of Meetra Surik is also great it tells you how much of a OP monster Vitiate was. To your question depends EU Darth Sidious/ Emperor Palpatine vs Emperor Vitiate would be an epik fight and Reborn Emperor Palpatine would prevail after a vicious long battle but if we are talking Palpatine from Canon yeah Vitiate would mudstomp him easily.

I think so. Only a handful of Force sensitive people survived Malachor V and at least one of them did so because they weren't awakened to their abilities yet. Meetra Surik, Bao-Dur, Nihilus, and Scion. It is less certain what happened to the Jedi further away from Malachor V, other than that Kreia will tell us that the Mandalorian war masked Revan's true war, and that it was a smokescreen for a series of massacres to create places strong in the Dark Side. These places would let him convert Jedi en masse to his cause.
No, Vitiate can't fight Jedi with lightsabers. Yes, he has one, but the Hero of Tython defeated him, and Vitiate only used the Force to stand against him. Palpatine can, and I think he could wipe the floor with the Hero of Tython. Sidious can warp the fabric of the Space-time continuum, and Vitiate can't... why do people think he's more powerful if Sidious is all the Sith, as he says?

As much as I want Revan’s story to be canonized on the big screen. His story would have to be simplified preferably across three trilogies. Here’s how I would: The first trilogy is Revans origin. He and Alek disobeying the council and joining the War against the mandalorians. Ending the first film with him finding his iconic mask. Second film would have him alek and Meetra pushing back the mandalorians to the outer rim. Maybe he even liberates a young Juhani’s home world. Until the reach Malachor and Revan orders Meetra to activate the Shadow Generator as Revan tortures information out of Mandalore The ultimate. Learning of the sith emperor in the process. Meetra and a few others, who don’t want to continue the slaughter against the mandalorians return to the order. As Revan and Alek confront the emperor and are turned. Third film is Revans brutal war against the Jedi. But not under orders from the emperor. He instead wants to destroy the weak Jedi and republic so he can rebuild it strong. So that they can defeat the Emperor when he eventually comes. Meetra would onoy recoginze that Revan had turned to the dark side and she would be killed in their duel. 2nd trilogy would be KOTOR story after his mind was wiped. Escaping Taris and finding the first star map on Dantooine being the first film. While the search would be the focus of the second film ending with Malak revealing Revans true identity. 3rd film would revolve heavily around Revan struggling with his brutal actions as a Sith Lord. Including killing Meetra. Such as experiencing a vision while Searching Korriban for the star map. It’s hear that he adopts the method of not being a Jedi or sith. But utilizing both. Using his new saber he crafted and his old sith lightsaber he morphs the kybercrystals into one and his iconic purple saber is born. Would end as the light side ending in the game. But with Revan heading off alone into the deep reaches of the outer rim to confront the sith emperor. Trilogy 3 would take place 20 years later and would follow Revans daughter as the sith emperor is about to launch his assault on the galaxy. A escaped Revan would have to unite the forces of the galaxy including Jedi and mandalorians to stop the emperor once and for all. At least that’s how I always imagined it lol.

Maybe... but Vitiate was destroyed by the ghosts of Revan, Meetra, and by the Hero of Tython/Outlander. This expansion in SWTOR was made as a response to Episode IX, though I think that SWTOR handled Vitiate's return much better than Disney did with Palpatine.
Revan is probably my favorite character in all of Star Wars. When I was younger, I came up with a character for myself in Star Wars, who was a grand-descendant of Revan, during the Clone Wars. He was apprenticed to Obi-Wan during the Clone Wars, ended up surviving Order 66, and helped as a member of Fulcrum during the time of the Rebellion. He also piloted the Ebon Hawk, which had come into his family's possession sometime after it's abandonment on Dromund Kaas during the ending events of the Revan novel, and had been passed down through generations, along with Revan's lightsaber.

I know I'm late, but "Sidious vs Vitiate" power question misses the point a bit. Palpatine is probably stronger, but Vitiate was far more dangerous. Sidious wanted to rule while Vitiate wanted to consume everything and become the Force. The only difference between Vitiate and Nihilus was that the former had some more self-control and got better results for it.

Revan is one of my favorite characters because he was one of the few that found clarity in the Force. He didn't disregard the dark side's power and philosophy, neither the light side's. He perfectly channeled both the light and the dark side, true balance in the Force. And what I like the most about him, he follows his own code, not the Jedi's or Sith's. I relate to him in that aspect, because one can't be entirely light or dark.
Hopefully KOTOR and SWTOR become canon again because it is full of great mystical lore and if its canonized again, Disney I beg you NOT to ruin this wonderful era of the Star Wars universe.

Good video, but I wanted to point out some of the points you brought up. The "Outlander" wasn't given that name until he/she "invaded" Zakuul (Prince Arcann's words). Only Zakuulans referred to the individual as the Outlander. In the game, Republic or Empire participated and were mostly referred to by their specific class or Commander. The term Outlander was used well after the defeat of Revan at the Temple of Sacrifice. Also, since the Jedi Knight defeated Vitiate as the one that Lord Scourge had a vision of and is the reason Revan was betrayed by him.

Revan’s feud with Emperor Vitiate is legendary and easily one of my favorite arcs in his life its sad though that in the end he doesn’t prevail in slaying the tyrant. Sure he destroyed Mandalore the Ultimate bringing peace to the Republic for the time being and redeemed himself after the Dark path and killing Darth Malak on Star Forge they were all amazing arcs but I think when he attempts to pursue Vitiate again after being brainwashed by him during the end of the Mandalorian Wars I love it so personal and the aid of Meetra Surik is also great it tells you how much of a OP monster Vitiate was.

No one will ever see this…BUT. Imagine another 9 part trilogy series taking place in the old republic. Instead of focusing on the Skywalker saga it’s the Revan saga (staring Keanu). A trilogy on the Jedi civil war, a trilogy on the war of mandalor, and a trilogy on Darth Viciate.

I think so. Only a handful of Force sensitive people survived Malachor V and at least one of them did so because they weren't awakened to their abilities yet. Meetra Surik, Bao-Dur, Nihilus, and Scion.
It is less certain what happened to the Jedi further away from Malachor V, other than that Kreia will tell us that the Mandalorian war masked Revan's true war, and that it was a smokescreen for a series of massacres to create places strong in the Dark Side. These places would let him convert Jedi en masse to his cause.

No, Vitiate can't fight Jedi with lightsabers. Yes, he has one, but the Hero of Tython defeated him, and Vitiate only used the Force to stand against him. Sidious can warp the fabric of the Space-time continuum, and Vitiate can't... why do people think he's more powerful if Sidious is all the Sith, as he says?

As much as I want Revan’s story to be canonized on the big screen. His story would have to be simplified preferably across three trilogies. Here’s how I would:
The first trilogy is Revans origin. He and Alek disobeying the council and joining the War against the mandalorians. Ending the first film with him finding his iconic mask. Second film would have him alek and Meetra pushing back the mandalorians to the outer rim. Maybe he even liberates a young Juhani’s home world. Until the reach Malachor and Revan orders Meetra to activate the Shadow Generator as Revan tortures information out of Mandalore The ultimate. Learning of the sith emperor in the process. Meetra and a few others, who don’t want to continue the slaughter against the mandalorians return to the order. As Revan and Alek confront the emperor and are turned. Third film is Revans brutal war against the Jedi. But not under orders from the emperor. He instead wants to destroy the weak Jedi and republic so he can rebuild it strong. So that they can defeat the Emperor when he eventually comes. Meetra would onoy recoginze that Revan had turned to the dark side and she would be killed in their duel.
2nd trilogy would be KOTOR story after his mind was wiped. Escaping Taris and finding the first star map on Dantooine being the first film. While the search would be the focus of the second film ending with Malak revealing Revans true identity. 3rd film would revolve heavily around Revan struggling with his brutal actions as a Sith Lord. Including killing Meetra. Such as experiencing a vision while Searching Korriban for the star map. It’s hear that he adopts the method of not being a Jedi or sith. But utilizing both. Using his new saber he crafted and his old sith lightsaber he morphs the kybercrystals into one and his iconic purple saber is born. Would end as the light side ending in the game. But with Revan heading off alone into the deep reaches of the outer rim to confront the sith emperor.
Trilogy 3 would take place 20 years later and would follow Revans daughter as the sith emperor is about to launch his assault on the galaxy. A escaped Revan would have to unite the forces of the galaxy including Jedi and mandalorians to stop the emperor once and for all.
At least that’s how I always imagined it lol.
Death Revan was so angry and wanted to destroy vitiate that he willed himself back to life. Well, apparently he was also so angry at Star Wars episodes 7-9 that he willed himself into a cannon so he could destroy them too. I've studied Revan's journey throughout my time as a Jedi, I find some of his force powers fascinating and could agree with him on how some parts of the Jedi code are wrong.
