I’m suspicious of it to be honest, looks like a Vhs filter. I’ve been experimenting with a jvc vcr a lot recently recording computer video to it and recording back. If it isn’t just a vhs filter that process i just mentioned doesn’t record it back on the computer perfectly, it tends to shrink the frame a bit unlike if you where to record an original tape say, a National Geographic tape. To a computer, in which case the recording will fill up the whole screen. So this is likely faked.

I also have Rarevision, it's the function that allows you to import videos and scan them through VHS
