@@LCM-vo1rj I have the gpo 2 high grade and it’s one of my favorite high grades of all time. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s bad. It has a pretty genius ratchet system in the wrists so he can even hold his giant shield. You should definitely buy one if you get the chance
Knew you'd like the gundam gerbera. This is definitely one of my top 3 personal favorite model kits I've ever built and put on a shelf, even with its cons, I still can't help but love this gundam and hope it gets more love in the future.
That beam rifle was also used by the GP01 when it needed to take down a ship in one hit. Who knew that prototype rifle was a hint to another GP unit at the time.
It's really sad how superior the PS2 Gundam Games were. Here we are getting close to PS5 and nothing has come close to Journey to Jaburo; Encounters in Space; and the first two Dynasty games.
I had the GP03 Stamen MG it was my 3rd Master Grade its actually really good and it comes with the Alternate Core Fighter option and the Core Fighter does transform to be inserted into the chest the only real negative i had with the kit was the way the shield is held. frankly the Core Fighter is the best part its really well articulated.
Wow! What a great kit, a lot of potential especially for kitbash and painting to show those awesome details! I hope to have this kit soon, so I can already start working on painting this and post it on my TH-cam channel. Right now, I am working on SDEX Sinanju as a practice kit using reverse wash and overcoating technique!
as for someone that started the MG line when they first started it. the RE 1/100 is already better than most of the MG kit that started the first few years. you just can't judge the old kit by today's standard.

Tbh even this knock off surprised me on how it holds up more than majority of my 2009-2013 kits. It doesnt have loose joints aside from 1 ankle armor. Ill definitely painting tf out of that kit
This has been a kit I've wanted for a while and deff after watching your review I'm gonna get it. The only re/100 kit I have is the hamma hamma and I love it but I'm afraid of touching it cuz it may fall apart
I have this, I loved it. Unfortunately, the polycaps in it didn't age well, so the joints became quite loose over time. The left arm constantly fell off of the polycap. It looks amazing, but I'd need to tighten the connection between the arm and polycap before I display it again
Ultimate Gattai it's actually a more common con with gerbera cause of how the parts that connect the arm to the torso is actually pretty short and can naturally fall off if you keep moving the arms up and down. That said its still a solid kit overall, this was my first reborn 100 kit after I did the masterpiece mg Sinanju stein, and while it wasn't as challenging it still had a good fun factor to building it and the end result was satisfying. Plus while the design looks nice, it still looks like a pretty base design, so it could be easy to customize it's look, I know I would if I was skilled enough.
Considering apart from resin kits and conversion sets, this is the only kit of the Gerbera, so that alone means it is worth getting if you collect 0083:Stardust Memory kits. One I wish they'd do in MG or RE/100 is the RGC-83 Guncannon. The HGUC kit is nice, but I prefer 1/100th scale kits, not 1/144th. The Gerbera Tetra AGX-04 would be nice in 1/100th as well, come to think of it...

It's definitely a justification for the RE/100 line at its best -- big beefy ZZ era suit, TRANSFORMING, no colour correcting stickers at all, and a lot cheaper than it would be as an MG. Unlike the Hamma it's not a marionette, either. If you're looking at RE as a whole, give Bawoo a look!

Undergating is the practice of having the plastic runner's connection to the part be "underneath" the part itself, such that when you assemble the kit any nub marks on the parts are hidden away and become invisible. It also involves having thinner connections laid parallel to the sides of a part, making them easy to cut away with a nipper while leaving no trace of nub marks. It sound like an obvious and simple thing to do in retrospect, but considering how gunpla are engineered with the consideration of being easy to snap build along with needing to account for articulation, color separation and any gimmicks, finding the best places to undergate parts on a kit while still maintaining plastic quality is a rather underappreciated achievement.
Even this old Re 1/100 kit is had a good articulation like Nightnigale ,Gundam MK III and Zaku II FZ.I guest this is a first gold tier of Re 1/100,but there is a 1/100 Master Grade is way better same like Dynames is Gunner Zaku Warrior.I can wait to reviewing that new MG.
@@MechaGaikotsu yes it does I made it a point to paint the piping on the neck, the waist, the pistons in the fore arms and the pistons on top of the feet to make them look more realistic. That as well as decals and what not
Minor correction. It's 0083 Stardust Memory. 0080 is War in the Pocket. You do know that the points you complained about are what makes this the reborn 1/100. Any better and this would be basically a MG.

From a Custom Builders point of View , Its Pretty Awesome . All the negative points are an easy fix .

Mobile Suit Gundam “Encounters In Space” on the PS2 was the best Gundam game of all time and it’s not even close 💪

13:35 Bandai did use to make that for its pegs. The old G Gundam MGs in particular and those are some the most solid kits I’ve built.

Built it, the thing looks like an old mg with current gen articulation. Doesn't even need much work to look good.

I think this is a common issue with re/100, the joints just don't seem to be strong enough.

You should review the RE100 Zaku II Kai. It doesn't use any polycaps whatsoever and it's heat hawk actually has color seperation.
