Love how you two work together. Rose, listen up girl. I was watching the other day when your husband didn't want you to operate that cutting machine. You looked really ticked off, but honey this man adores you. Anything you want he wants to give it to you. He is a rare breed in the society that I live in, and many other places. So many women struggle around the world to take care of themselves and their children alone. Many are in relationships where the men don't want to help or lift a finger. Family is not priority. So much pride and selfishness in many. God help us. You two are a real blessing to watch. Even your friends and family as well.

Someone once commented on one of these videos that Rose should cook/eat less fried food. I cackled. 😂😂 Farming is HARD WORK...especially when you're using hand tools in the hot sun. Plus their food is made with whole or minimally-processed ingredients. Rose and her hubby are doing just fine!

Your lunch…..OMGEEE! I am going to take this recipe and try it, when our son visits us in a few weeks. We love ground pork, enoki mushrooms, and tofu, so I cannot wait. My husband has a horrible allergy to shellfish, so we can no longer eat at Chinese restaurants. I have to now use vegan oyster sauce. Your recipes that you share will help me make delicious dishes at home. Thank you both so much! ❤❤
