I've been following Rose for couple of months now and she never repeats her recipes. She is very creative at all times.
Living in the village hasn't stopped them from eating very good,well balanced and delicious meals. I honestly don't see what they're missing from not being in the big city.
They eat fresh vegetables, all sorts of protein, a healthy amount of carbs etc. As far as I'm concerned their way of life isn't lacking anything tbh and I'm happy for them.
who love the city life first the pollution and traffic noise paying for housing and everything comes from the stores she purchased some stuffs from the store however, other things from her farm and community sharing that is a real lifestyle

I agree. I look forward to seeing them everyday. My mother grew up farming in rural Missouri in America and told us the most amazing stories about planting, harvesting, and eating foods directly from the earth, but I had no idea how much hard work she went through just to make a meal. I see this through Rose and her family, and I have great respect for them. I'm so glad they work together so well.

Hi Rose! Hi Mr. Wu Jianyun! Oh my gosh! It’s amazing to see what flour, water, and salt can create! The separation of the liquid from the ball of gluten is so interesting, AND then you take the liquid and steam it to make the Liangpi. I’ll tell you what! The next time I sit down at a chinese restaurant, and see handmade Liangpi (cold skin noodles) on the menu, I will think of you both and the hard work that goes into creating such a dish. Thank you for educating us on the many dishes of your province! ❤❤

@@labelledujour5855 …..Right?!? We’re so used to seeing that mixture (with or without yeast), made into bread, rolls, pasta, even pizza dough. Never have I ever seen it separated and made into an amazing dish like this. It was truly amazing to see. Blessings to you!
