Rose i can identify with your back discomfort. I'm a registered nurse and over time with lifting and bending one may have some pain. Years can go by before we have some skeletal and muscular change. Take care and take rest periods when doing certain tasks.❤❤

Your posture is changing because you're a tall woman who's farming, cooking and prepping on a low table. You are a tall person. I see that when you chop things, the counter might be too low for you.
If you can put something like a sturdy wooden box on top of the counter and then place a cutting board on top of it, it will definitely help with you not bending over do much.
