tried this, massive pain in the butt. and you can't get around the roll bar. It worked on the side of my window but along the horizontal back it was not reachable.
Yeah. I think the best way is to take out the screen, unzippit and then saw, then put the plastic screen back. I have to change the plastic screen anyway and will do another video for that alone. If i can unzippit and do it myself.
seeing some one do this makes me a lot more confident about sewing my windshield back in

My window is actually coming away from the stitching so this is a great help
are all Z3 windows zipped in? Mine looks sewn in ?
Stock, should be zipped in. If sewn in, than somebody did it afterwards.
