I just thought about this and it should be pretty free. 8k free might I add (hehe)
You will miss out on rewards and a day of a hyper but I think it's worth it.
I explain my plan for the AB hyper burn and how to get free tickets.

Good to see ya posting again Mikey, hope alls well, just a few points I am curious about...
Hyper burn and AB idol event (newly created AB only) are separate events so you could Hyper burn it to take advantage of the +2 levels with the exp vouchers, but you could opt to not claim any of the burn rewards to use on a character you actually want to burn to still have them be claimable on the burn char you make after deleting the original AB right?
New AB also get frozen gear and temp cra so technically a burned AB would have access to double the burn rewards through both events so I am debating between not burning AB since AB would have access to its own temp gear to get her own while I hyper burn another char to have its own temp gear till they get their own gear as well.

I got back at the beginning of this last event and my main was around 220 so I'm burning them to get from 248 to my first class to get 6th job. I have the gear to kill mobs in one shot so having a bunch of tickets to jump that last 12 levels would actually just help a ton. ty ty, once I hear confirmation that this works I will def try it haha. (I know it SHOULD work but I'd be super bummed if it didn't ya know?)
Would this be worthwhile to do if I don't plan on playing Maple too much over the next couple months but plan on coming back to it in the future?
I'm around midgame, I have mostly all of my links, just some stuck at level 2/3 jail (mercedes, evan and aran)
I was thinking it'd probably be smart to do this because it's achievable with the time I have, and it'll help me fast track mercedes evan and aran links to 3/3 and speed up 200-210
Thinking out loud a bit, but it's probably a good use of the hyper burn with the spare time I have rn...(moving out later this month, FF14 dawntrail release at the start of next month, other IRL stuff)
Is ab strong now? Like is it worth taking it all the way to 260 for h lotas mule
We just got a burminator so if you didnt use it yet.
Burminator new AB to 150 > bonk to 200 > EXP tickets to 220 > transfer rest of tickets to bank > you get EXP tickets AND 220 levels to legion.
quick question, can you just hyperburn AB and tera blink to 200 instead of bonk it then use tickets to 220, or in this case you wont be able to tera blink second time on the character you actually want to hyperburn
@@tomliu6689 good question, logically i want to say that if you delete the AB you wont have any issue to tera blink new hyper but its nexon so go figure what is "logical" to them.

Just to clarify: we are going to create a new AB, designate as the hyper burn, Tera blink and level to 220, claim all the exp tickets and ring selector, put into storage, delete the AB, then pick new hyper burn?
Does that mean we cannot claim the titles, even if we did not claim them and recreate a new AB? If not, then I feel like I’m really losing out… then again, I was planning on burning my BaM…

question : If I use this method but I not claim any reward then delete AB and burn other character with level 230+. Can I still claim previous burning reward
You cannot claim rewards below your character's level. Claimed or not
Sorry I might be understanding this wrongly need some clarification... So deleting a hyperburn charavter will refund your hyperburn so you can use it om another chracter?
yes. do not claim any hyperburn rewards otherwise when you go onto create your new hyperburn, it won't have those rewards since you claimed them on the deleted hyperburn ab.
@navigator2113 will we still be able to claim the 220+ rewards?
if I do the ab ticket strategy, and delete the ab I only bank the exp ticket and ring. But what about all the nodes? can I get them back if I make another ab?
if they're not account transferable. your next best option is to open them, dismantle them and get back 50% of them. put in storage before you delete.
This. Ring coupon can't be put in the storage :( re-crafted nodestones and exp coupons are what's account sharable.
I just did this and idk if it's bugged, but I got given 2 exp vouchers instead of 5k from the lvl 220 box...

well......thats good and all, but for me, since i've been waiting this hyper burn to make a new main, and im pumped for it, im just gonna burn my main and grind away
By losing lvl220 and below rewards, do you mean the hyper-burning rewards which includes the fake cras and fake dominator pendant , and lvl 5 arcane symboles up to lach?

@@mikeychain5449 Hmm interesting even if you don't claim the reward as AB will it still be gone? If so that's going to be a hard trade-off.
@@tomliu6689 Depends on what your goal is. I don't care about the rewards myself since I'll be burning my 242 Lynn anyways. For someone else making an actual burning, it'll be rough at the start but will boost faster in levels once they hit 200. The gearing and grinding will still be tough though. Depends on the goal

Sorry I’m not understanding why we lose 200-220 burn rewards if you don’t claim them on AB? You’re just claiming the AB rewards
Pretty sure you dont, as long as you dont claim the hyperburn rewards, you can claim them on a new hyperburn
I heared the 500 Nodes were tradeable do you know about this? i'm pretty sure they weren't but y..
They aren't but you can open them and turn them into tradeable ones. You'll lose a lot but at least you get some of them

Can i use the hyper burn on existing character if i burn the Ab and then delete it ?
You should be able to. That's my plan. I don't see why it shouldn't work but you can wait till I find out.

@@Roronoa_H I've never deleted a hyper burning character before but that's what is supposed to happen. I'll confirm it once and make a video in case people don't trust it or believe it. I'll be the guinea pig

I think so, but too much effort
Couple comments:
- if you don’t claim the hyper burn rewards they will still be claimable on a future hyper burn
- if you hyper burn I don’t think you will be able to get to 202 cause you’ll still be gaining 3 levels per level after you get to 200 with Tera blink
so if i do this i still can hyper burn a NW to 260 and get all the other rewards id i didnt claim them on AB ?
Yes
new players will lose, but if you mid game and hyperburning a mule it is 100% worth the time saved
The ring coupon can't be put into storage ?
Unfortunately, no. I got to 221 to test. Now waiting for deletion to see if I'm refunded the hyperburn.
I do recommend opening all the nodestones and disassemble then craft transferable nodestones into storage. Got about 150 free nodestones +2k exp coupons for about 15-20 minutes for those wondering!

is not better just start AB from 0 with hyperburn u will spent more tickets but u wont lose any time lvling to 200 bc tera blink
While I think this is pretty smart, I am going to just level my existing AB from 210 to 220 and get 7k voucher rewards. A little less effort and almost the same rewards. I am very gratefull to learn about the vouchers, might have overlooked that.
Unfortunately the EXP coupon rewards are only for new AB's created after the patch. We'll have to go from 1 to 220 for the tickets.

Idk man, I like ur advices but I feel that its too much fomo and a waste of more legion levels to the overall account. I would do burn to 150 on the ab and then just bonk it to 200 + doing dailies instead of wasting time on ur future hyperburn + future rewards that u can proceed into. I feel that the first days on the hyperburn are important
I don't get this comment lol. what fomo? what waste of time? It's way faster doing a terablink and using exp tickets on a new ab from lvl 1 to 220 than it is to grind one to 150 using megaburn. All you're doing is waiting 24 hours to delete the character and you get 7k+ exp tickets free + ring selector coupon. The extra tickets will help the new HB way more than just grinding on it for a day
@@Gorillamon i mean that with those vouchers you can min max another characters like higher level boss mules (if you have low level boss mules), level up a legion mule like hayato/shade/mechanic/merc and so on. There are more effective ways to use those vouchers instead of spending it on a hyperburn character that will hit 260 in a month just from dailies any ways.
@@nullaidan6518 but with this tech, you net 7k+ exp tickets that you're able to use on those boss mules if you wanted. There's no rush with the hb, it'll hit 260 very quick like you said. This tech is really only good if you're not planning to make an AB for this event. Why not spend 3.3k-3.9k exp tickets + 30 mins to get 7k+ tickets + ring selector for a boss mule.
