    Good Day Dr Tahmer. Using the organizational structure you provided, can you clarify the different functions or main activities that take place in the Operations department.
    Struggling with this because some functions (R & D, production of goods/services as well as distribution or fulfillment rather) overlap with the Operations department of the business. So I'm confused as to where some activities should be placed between these two Pillars (Business and Product Pillar)

    I have an issue with growing my business, aside from me having to run the business, I am actually an acupuncturist. I have had to reduce my treatment days to 1 day per week which means that our income is greatly affected since I am one of the income producers. What is your advice about service providers that need to be involved in the business side and watch over/help run their business. I managed the business I purchased and I was a full time acupuncturist. After I purchased the business I realized that I was not able to run the business and be the practitioner so I cut my hours down to part time treating. However, this is a HUGE financial loss for our company and it is difficult to find practitioners that are a good fit for my organization. Do you advice for this type of business owner on how to scale and also practice full time?

    We are in a trading industry, our business has grown faster because of where we buy our products from which is way less. This is our greatest secret that is keeping us. How do I delegate the authority of purchasing/procurement without the fear of showing our staff our greatest secrets since they can also become our competitors in the future.

    I actually don't have an issue with micromanaging. I have an issue with letting people do their own thing and have too much autonomy.
