Then, I discovered your channel and it explained where all my pains were coming from and what was ahead waiting for me. Thanks to you I am preparing a strategy to "navigate through the coming obstacles/challenges".... This channel is a game changer for me so far 👌
My two top challenges now are: 1) finding an integrator to offload tasks. 2) Building a business strategy to navigate through the obstacles/challenges of a solo entrepreneur.
Love your Videos. They all packed with golden insights within the short time frame. When I first started watching your video last year, I overcome the hurdle of hiring someone to help me instead of doing everything by myself and delegating. Now the team is growing to 2 full timer and three part timer, I find myself Disorganized in managing them. I don’t like that feeling, but don’t know how to get out it. Help!! Please! My second challenge now is the quality of employees. I call it my employee 2.0. I know if I am at employee 5.0, my business will be considered successful in my mind. At the moment, I am struggling with needing more quality staff, but can only hire staff I can afford. I am waiting for the business to grow more, but in the meant time, I feel more quality staff can help me grow faster. How do I do to get out this circle? Thank you so much🙏🙏
Thank you for your comment. Sony worry. This is normal and I hear his a lot. The trick is to 1) focus on cashflow so you can stay in business as you learn through the mistakes you make and 2) try to get processes documented so it’s easy for others to follow so that the work can always be at the same expected standards. Plus of course all the other stuff such as strategy and the likes but let’s focus on one thing at a time. Btw.. Best of luck! Btw…We are planning to develop a programme later this year that is for early stage businesses (The Firestarter Programme we currently have is for scaling from six figures). Would be interested to know what you would potentially like to see in a programme like this?

Strategy, yes, realized how important it is, learning also how to run business like a boss from top down instead of bottom up. Would definitely interested in the fire starter program. It has been a year since your comment, how is business and your path to better employees and systems? When I read your statement of "grow faster" I could not help but think of what you may have meant by "Profiting faster/more" Is your focus on growth or profit. Hope all is well.

I think David Baker pointed out that 95% of people aren't the irrationally self-confident people who can charge high prices right out of the gate. Everyone else has to start low and raise our fees as we gain confidence and competence. Its all part of the process!
