Added 5lb weights after a 2 day break because my thighs were on 10k!!! I FEEL MY HEART JUMPING and my lower abdomen hurt for a split second. I do the workout slower and more full, but it works. I'll do his say when I want quick cardio with less work

I’m starting to do these everyday starting today at Sunday, October 8th, 2023. I’ll put all the updates below every year or two. I weigh 125 pounds and I’m 17. My speed is, I can run 2 laps from my home to stop n shop in 2 minutes and 43 seconds
