Yeah that battery pack is for your accessories and it’s 2500 bucks. Your vehicle has to throw the correct codes that designate that pack as being bad before Dodge will send the replacement part out to the garage. The garages themselves cannot just order one to try and fix the issue because it is so pricey. My truck isn’t throwing a code so my truck has set for two months at the garage.

Mines doing the same thing. Garage said it’s the battery pack behind the rear seat but it’s not throwing a code so Dodge won’t fix it.

Check the high brake light for corrosion.
