Yeah, you'd have to buy the knight rider front end to fit the light. I've seen a few people mount one of those cheap led strips at the seam where the hood meets the front end but it looks a bit tacky in my opinion.
I've seen pictures of this all over Google of your design you have but never seen this video... Honestly.. This is the coolest mod I have ever seen.. Very creative & just wow... You Nailed this!!! Congrats. I'm blown away

Glad your light is still going strong. You have a very very old version, I think one of my first with the turn dial switch. The one in my car is about 4 years old, zero problems. :)
Ive checked out multiple videos, I have to say you do very impressive work! I just got a 1999 ws6 about 6 months ago and I just fell in love with my car, previous owner did a lot of mechanical work on it and installed a 3rd stage cam. I'm really interested in doing the lights on my car!
I've seen this car b4 and I think it's the best firebird I've seen. The firebird has always been my favorite car and I would love to own this car or one similar, perhaps in blue lol
That was actually my main concern but they've held up great. I've built panels like these for 3 different cars. The oldest set is 4 years old, the ones in this video that light up are 3 years old and I've had zero problems with any of them. One of the cars is my daily driver. The panels in it have roughly 40k miles and still look new.
What seat's are those I love the head rest the only ones that come to mind are gtp or Bonneville if you're around let me know please. Thanks for the awesome video your ride is sharp
The seats are 1984 Recaro LXC. I bought them from Thailand. I have an entire video on the seat install itself. Recaro still sells the same seat today called the specialist. It doesn't come with the fishnet headrests but the mounting holes are identical so you can still buy a set of new remanufactured fishnet headrests and they will go right in.
I wanna do this to my bird but I gotta ask for the fiber optic bird trunk filler. Is the stock trunk filler transparent? Will LEDs glow through them or is it solid black plastic?
What are the details on the lights by the t-tops? I need those! Getting ready to do the fiber optic tubing spliced in the factory light like your other video!!
They were originally from a license plate frame I came across on eBay. The date on the box was 1978 so they're no longer available. I just cut off the frame and soldered some chip LEDs for the lighting. I've had them for about 12 years now.
The problem is the parts cost too much and they take too long to make. I'd have to charge $2k to make it worth my time and they just aren't worth that much money.
I did not know about the electrified airbrush paint, but then I would question the longevity of the product. But if this video gets as many views as I think it will, you may want to rethink my suggestion.

It drives like a brand new car, and basically sat in a garage for almost 22 years. I paid 14 grand for it and don't regret it one bit. I've made some videos on it. The engine bay is immaculate!
I made them but only for my own cars. The parts alone cost over $800 and it took a lot of hours to build. The price i would have to charge for it to be worth the time would make them unsellable.
I need to ask you about how to go bout hooking up a dodge charger 2012 with the android 6.0 deck..sterring control don't work and the audio people are clueless
Check out my steering wheel control install video. It should work for just about any car. You'll need the PAC module and hook it up and install it like it would be for any aftermarket radio. The pac connects to the android deck.
I used a decal to cover up where I wanted the bird to be clear then painted. After paint I pulled the decal off. It's critical to make sure all edges of the decal are down or paint will run under it. This was my first time so it has some flaws. I made another set for my 2001 Blue TA that came out perfect. I show them in my 2001 summary video.
@@jaredk777 No, they are too hard to build. The parts are expensive and I can't just make the inside parts and ship them. A customer would have to ship me their door panels which would cost a lot then I'd have to ship the completed door panel back. Just the back and forth shipping would be $150-200. Then another $500 for parts, and there is still what it would cost for my labor.

So, I found a 2000 V6 bird, T-Tops, no motor, came with manual so pedals are there, only 80k miles on body and mint, getting it for $1k so I couldn't pass it up since it's coming up on 20yrs I've been waiting to have my WS6!!!!!!! But now at least I'm FREE in more ways than one, and don't have to ask permission for what I want to do to it. If there is a way to send me a message on Facebook, so I could send you a friend request that would be sweet. my FB is tracy.a.yager. hope to hear from ya!

Dylan Drummond no I'm not selling any. Parts are expensive and they take a long time to make. I'd have to charge over $1500 plus round trip shipping would be roughly $200.
