This a good controller, the problem lies when you develope stick drift. There are no replacement modules in stock anywhere on earth. It becomes useless

even with Scuf you will get stick drift, and even with more expensive controller than this you will get stick drift at some point. what you said about the back buttons im with you they should made it 4
How are people gonna complain about Sony not having these modules in stock when it’s the scalpers that are taking everything not Sony doing this to scam people. Lucky for me when I got my edge controller I pick up 2 extra modules at retail from the Sony store
And as far as the grip yeah Sony did fuck that up because mine the glue started to come off so I went on extreme rate and got a clear entire cover for 26$
Don't worrie about stick drift that you can't get the modules for, worrie about the all ways failing back paddles only 3 to 6 months in to using, had 2 now and both have failed
I moved to the Edge from Scuf because the stick drift was terrible after a year. my left stick goes all the way to the left with just a tap. Its unplayable.
It happened to me as well , if you still have your edge control check out a video I made on how to fix stick drift, you might can get more use from it 👍

lowkey bout to buy an edge and put hall effects In myself because scuf Is just a regular dualsense nothing special.
it's a no, the controller is great, but you can't get modules (only overpriced).. go for a hall effect controller.
