Great video series this guy brings you step by step of how to build a transmission I just did mine with his videos and it’s shifting better than ever. Thanks Logan.
This video makes me that much more confident installing this kit this weekend to hanks guy you saved my ass sincerely a Chrysler tech apprentice (working on my own Cummins) installing stage 2 clutch kit on my 48re
Help no one does anything right these days. I want to biuldy own but it's been years since I've been inside a trans mission I know end play is the goal to keep it living. But other things are important to.
Love the videos man thank you. I have to swap my valve body out this weekend. Does that ball end on the parking rod just pop in and out since I wont have my overdrive housing off? Thanks
Hey Logan, I have a question. My 238-6 48re low reverse band ate through the drum, I just opened up my 48re with your helpful video and found it's actually missing the 3 tab & flat washer on the planetary gear set( seen @ 14:10 ), could this have caused the failure? do they all have those washers? It was rebuilt 8000 km ago, driven gently & all of a sudden it lost reverse, odd because the rest of the trans looks mint..
I have a 05 48re that takes of in 2nd and only shifts when you wind it up. It shifts to 3rd for a split second then goes into overdrive. Transmission has been rebuilt still incorrect shifts Transmission shop said they went through it a second time still incorrect took it to a dealer they changed some parts said it was fixed. Same issue. Then the dealer recommended a new Transmission but wouldn't guarantee it to solve the problem. Just need some ideas on what to check or do. Thanks

Can’t find rebuild Kit on your site???? I called 2 weeks ago. No call back. Great service. A+ for you
They are under the the transmission section listed as “DIY kits” if you left a voice mail I must have missed it. My apologies!

Governor pressure transducer
Might be late to this comment but I recommend the AtS governor pressure solenoid conversion kit. Mine did the same thing and that fixed it
Hey where are your rebuild kits I’m having a hard time finding them
They are under the “parts” section on my website www.getloganbuilt.com
