"Hickory smoke." I like the way you keep mentioning that. You're a self-described OCD Felix Unger type, so it makes sense. There's an understated humor in these posts that I really enjoy. I started following you at 6k subs a few weeks ago and you've picked up another 650 in the meantime. Slow and steady, my friend.
I noticed that you are paying to vaccuum your van. A rechargeable Dustbuster, or the like, could sit on your counter, always charged, and be only feet away from an obsessive/compulsive cleaning. And, you'd save $! Cheers mate.
Hi Matt, I love to be myself too. As a introvert, I enjoy my own company. I do not need people around me 24/7 to keep me company and make me happy. Glad you figured that out and your happy being you!
I really enjoy your videos of van life in New England. Most of the van life videos on TH-cam are centered in the Southwest-at least the ones I've seen. Thanks for sharing your life and adventures with us.
Your photography is really beautiful. The sunset and sunrise it over those mountains is gorgeous. And the drone ride was exciting again beautiful atmosphere, beautiful area🌲🪵🍂
drones are the BEST mobile lifestyle hobby. i love my dji pro 4. need to scout that road because it looks like it turns into deep sand? LAUNCH THE AIR ASSAULT!
Truly gorgeous filming of beautiful gorge and its stream! Can’t say that I have much appreciation for the new drone other than that, because I’m woefully ignorant about drones as well as many other technical innovations.
Matt the Veeniix drone looks great. I have never seen Chesterfield Gorge in the winter, very nice. In the Gorge there’s a round basin carved out of the rock by water. My brother said he found gold flakes in the sand at the bottom of the basin. Check it out next Summer. Do you have a video of you skydiving? Happy New Year!
Another great video, pretty cool that you have all the knowledge with the drones and adventures you take, glad I can help your channel, I'm 55 and single and enjoy my alone time, have been doing full-time vanlife over 5 years in oregon, chilling in Havasu AZ for some of the winter, happy 2025 to you 🎉
Does your new drone offer waypoint missions? You could set it up and the route is then uploaded to the drone…so if you lose control signal to it, it will complete the mission and return to its takeoff point.
Have you (or the rest of the viewers) watched "Nomadland"? It's really good. The vanlifers don't have it quite as good as this young man, but it investigates a lot of the social issues of this life-style in today's world. This is not new. The 1950s and 1960s had a little period of this too.
There really isn't much left to investigate. All the issues we face today have clear root causes and most of the time it intersects with politics where one political side would rather point a finger at the other and demonize and tell their constituency who to hate instead of work together to push real policy because they are too busy manipulating the bible into a death occult and wealth extraction convincing people to riot over any reason to start a civil war and kill the people they hate rather than fight a class war against the people set everything up this way. You can highlight specific policy from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and early 2000's that got us where we are today. It is clear the people are not being listened to, so when we've done all the investigating and tried all the options and still feel unheard and have voted and protested peacefully and wrote our politicians over the course of multiple decades, what is there left to do? At this point I am here to enjoy what is left of humanity. We have too many things stacked against us that are an existential threat to the survival of all humans. Senseless to worry, and better to understand none of these issues can be fixed. it is truly over for us, so enjoy the time that is left.
For sure, next time you roll down 95 through VA, you’ve got to let me know. Mi casa es su casa! I don’t know if an intravert would be as awesome as you are in front of the camera. Maybe you just haven’t found your rare match skills and personality? Maybe ordinary people are too boring? No insult to the friends you have. I’m just saying maybe you need to be around the super creative type. Musk describes the pain of having a brain like his. Mayve you are like that.
I love your videos but you really need to invest in a better camera when filming your TH-cam videos. Your phone video quality really sucks! Especially your night video footage. For being a photographer you should know how important video quality & picture quality is & you should invest in a better vlogging camera like the Osmo Pocket 3
Geez dude cut Matt some slack. The guy has a full time job yet he still puts out some quality content. Saying his video quality sucks isn’t gonna make things better. Said my peace … all done
@@johnpossible6292 I'm sorry if my comment came across a bit harsh. I am a subscriber and said that I loved his videos. i just meant it to be constructive criticism to help him improve his videos for all of us to continue enjoying!

9:15 hang in there, we’re gaining about a minute of daylight every day now. In a few weeks it will be noticeable.

When you opened the door of the unit, I was like...damn. He could have more stuff.
Always enjoy the videos! Looks like a nice drone.
I love your jacket. What kind of jacket is that?

13:39 Dangerous water? Like what kind of danger ... toxic? No swimming, wading, fishing? That sign doesn't look official.
🥰🙏
