    스팸이 요즘 땡기더라구요.스팸 안좋아 했는데 아이들이 스팸 구워서 이런 저런 요리를 해주는데 맛있더라구요.편견이 많았나봐요.그걸 깨고 나니 새로운 맛과 레시피들 그리고 요리가 보입니다.

      캐첩 따로 조금 담아가서 함께 먹으면 더 맛있겠어요~~👍
      속에 들어가는 스팸밥 길죽하게 잘 뭉치려면 밥 비율이 스팸보다 많아야 하구요. ❣
      처음에 잘 안될땐 스팸 알갱이가 작을 수록 만들기 좋아요.
      밥은 꼬들밥 보다는 햇반처럼 찰기가 있어야 더 잘 만들어 지구요 스팸튀긴 기름이 너무 많이 밥에 들어가면 밥이 미끌거려 잘 부숴질 수 있어요.😅😂

      Because salty, oily, and sodium nitrite are removed, I blanched the spam.

    Can anyone provide an american substitute for oligosaccharides? Also, what can be substituted for the tuna liquid without having to have to open a can of tuna? I assume that's where they got it.

      It can be substituted with sugar or stevia instead of oligosaccharide. In addition, tuna liquid can be replaced with tsuyu (soup base) or fish sauce.

    스팸만 볶고난 다음에 밥이랑 비비는것보다 그냥 처음부터 같이 볶는게 더 낫지 않을까요?

      I think it’s like corn syrup. I found brown rice syrup which could be substituted.

    제가 정말 요리를 잘 못해서요. 된장찌게를 끌여도 끌일때 마다 맛이 다르고.... 시간도 오래 걸리고 해서요.
    이 요리는 왠지 할 수 있을 것 같은데, 간장은 제가 진강장이랑 영덕 게간장이랑 어간장이 있는데요. 어느 간장이 좋을까요?
    짜게 먹는 편은 아니거든요.
    요리를 못하다보니 외식을 많이 하는데, 설렁탕이나 곰탕이런거 나름 소문난 맛집을 이용하는데, 단한번도 소금이나 다른걸 첨가하고 먹진 않아요.
    진간장이 많이 짜다는것도 어제 알았어요.

    스팸 잘라서 뜨거운 물에 데친다
    깍뚝 썰어서 팬에 기름 살짝 두르고 볶는다
    간장1 맛술1 올리고당1 넣고 졸인다
    쪽파30그램 송송 썬다
    볼에 계란4개 참치액1 후추 쪽파 넣고 섞는다
    밥2공기에 볶은 스팸 통깨 넣고 섞는다
    김발에 랲 씌우고 스팸밥을 길죽하게 놓고 양옆을 랲으로 먼저 감싸고 돌돌 말고 김발로 꼭꼭 눌러 모양 잡는다
    팬에 식용유 두르고 달궈서 계란물 넣고 약불로 아랫부분만 익히고 밥을 놓고 끝부터 살살 감싸면서 천천히 만다
    달걀물 추가하고 한바퀴 더 말고 꾹꾹 눌러 익힌다
    돌려가며 충분히 익힌다
    꺼내서 한김 식히고 썬다
    케찹 뿌려서 먹는다

      물에 데치면 볶앗을때 ㅡ훨씬 부드럽고 식용색소 아질산염도 제거 가끔 장마나 시장보기 그럴때 사용하겟죠 ㅎ

      I am so happy that you did teach me about boil spam to rid of all oiliness, saltiness, impurities because it always keep me fat, but after boil water, I will be happy to cook without salt, oil, impurity so I can keep myself slim. I never thought till I saw this. Thank a zillion.

    What on earth are are: 1.oligosaccharide and 2. tuna liquid??

      I believe oligosaccharide (oligo syrup) is a liquid sweetener without much flavor. I have not tried it myself, but I’ve heard it’s supposed to be a healthier alternative to sugar. However, if it’s not easy to get, I’ve heard that corn syrup may be similar. Although, if you’re looking for healthier, then agave or honey might be better but more flavorful substitutes.
      As for tuna liquid, I would guess that it refers to tuna sauce. If you’re unfamiliar with fish sauces, they can give your food a saltier and more savory flavor, and tuna sauce is a specific type of fish sauce. There are others fish sauces that are sold as more of a generic fish sauce as well as others that are more specific, like tuna, anchovy, sand lance,… .

      스팸넣은 밥을 잘 뭉치려면 밥 비율이 스팸보다 많아야 하구요. 처음에 잘 안될땐 스팸 알갱이가 작을 수록 만들기 좋아요.
      밥은 꼬들밥 보다는 햇반처럼 찰기가 있어야 더 잘 만들어 지구요 스팸튀긴 기름이 너무 많이 밥에 들어가면 밥이 미끌거려 잘 부숴질 수 있어요.😅😂
      드실때 캐첩 찍어드시면 더 맛있으니 꼭 함께 드셔보세요~~💚💚💚

      김밥은 냉동실 들어가면 밥알 맛이 살짝 아쉽긴하더라구요 .이거 데우다 보면 결국 볶음밥이 될거 같은데.. 맛은 있을거 같아요😅
