    I really love Kino. She is not just about the postures. She has a very spiritual side as well, and it’s all about the balance of the whole practice. Sometimes if I can’t sleep I will watch her super advanced videos where she is in the ruins somewhere in India. She is an inspiration. Love your beautiful self. Thanks for sharing. Namaste 🙏

    I appreciate this video so much!! I’ve been doing yoga for a over a year but fell out the past few months since I felt I wasn’t furthering my practice anymore & it was overwhelming trying to find more advance flows. So THANK YOU this has broke down so much information and I’m really excited to try these teachers out!

    Thank you for your recommendations. For the first time in my live I practice every single day and look forward to my morning flows since I got my first good yoga mat! At the moment I actually practice nearly every morning with boho beautiful. I just love their flows. Sometimes I also add in Mady Morisson (a German Yoga teacher) also I really like yoga with Tim, who has some nice build ups his sessions, if I need something more powerful. Tim's flows get powerful quite fast and he's also showing ways to build up muscles which I like but is sometimes a little too hard. I'll come back to him when I've build up my core again since I really enjoy his way of teaching too.

    I love that you enjoy challenging yourself with more advanced flows even though you wouldn’t consider yourself advanced! I have never thought of that. That is very smart. Thank you so much for the recommendations. I love all of these teachers but I do not practice consistently. Love these recommendations and pleasantly surprised when i knew most of them :) at the end of last year, I really buckled down on my practice and I’m wondering how long you did your own practice until you found a teacher ? I have so much I can learn on my own still but sometimes I’m left wondering whether I’m doing something right or not. Thanks :)

      I totally understand what you are saying! I found my teacher after about a year of doing practice on my own. It really helped to film myself and see the poses and what I am doing wrong. Very important to start with having strong basic asanas. Try filming yourself!

    I saw this video a few months ago and went straight to boho beautiful. I've been doing their beginner stuff since then and I'm seeing some progression (from a very poor starting point!). What I find hardest about boho beautiful and other channels is that there is so much content and so many flows out there, it's difficult to navigate. For example, I can competently do a couple of beginner videos on BB, but then I try one of their intermediate videos and it's very far from where I am. Whilst it's obviously all free content and so it's very much appreciated, the lack of structure to the learning makes it difficult for me to move forward. Did you feel that was an issue when you went through the learning process or did your initial online course give you a better platform for progression?
    I'd rather get a bit more out of my practice, gain a better understanding of the subject and work out where I want to go before going down the face to face teacher approach.

    • @WildMollie
      @WildMollie  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey I totally understand! It’s a lot out there and doing your practice with TH-cam is hit or miss. I sort of enjoyed the chaos of it since it allowed me to try so many styles and flows that were too hard for me were also giving me motivation. However lots of TH-cam yoga teachers have
      paid structured programs that you could try. I did BB transform program,( more for muscle gain rather then yoga) they have lots of options. Also Kino yoga has paid platforms with more structure.
      When I first started I collected a few videos that challenged me and did them every day through out the week along with adding some new video flows. That helped me have the structure and keep exploring.
      Hope this makes sense!
      Thank you for your comment and good luck!

      @ricos1497 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@WildMollie thanks for getting back, much appreciated. I'll try a few challenging flows for a few weeks and if all else fails, I'll check out that kino paid option you mention. Thanks again!

    Hey Mollie! Found you through your "yoga every day" video: I found your hand balancing progress very impressive.
    Do you have any specific channels or resources you would recommend to improve on the press and handstand?
    I have been training for about 2 years now and have come a long way: I have a semi-consistent bent-leg press and a handstand of varying consistency.
    But I think incorporating these elements into a guided flow might be beneficial.

    • @WildMollie
      @WildMollie  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your comment! I understand the flow and handstands part, I love having a fluid practice. So far I have mostly been using Kino Yoga handstand videos to have a full flow with. I sometimes implement it into my vinyasa practice as well after I warm up all the parts I need. Hope you will find something that will work for you and eventually I’m sure you will understand your own flow. Have a good day!
