The tip about getting your fingers as wide on the ball as you can and making sure your flicking your wrist just elevated me. I've been playing for years but I always played post so there was no need for me to dribble. Now I'm playing guard and I need this skill. Thanks coach!
1. Bend the Wrists, increase ball in hand time 2. Keep hands close on crossovers (again, maximizing ball in hand time) 3. Hip Mobility, allows you to get lower, can practice with touching the ground on crossovers 4. Getting a good grip, palm ok, finger ends touching ball (from other vid, incorporating dribbling and passing to suicide drills)

My advice if you're a point/shooting guard , more so point guard one trick is to get someone like the small forward to dribble it up first you then get them to pass it back when your past halfway and from there you can just control it by passing it around or walking with the ball, another is to just jog and or keep it steady, idk lol
