Dear coach snake. I want to learn how to transition from hard drive to a total static state for a shoot. I never score shooting cause I feel been configurated for a drive or driblin and break ankles.
Shooting from distance is hard off the dribble and is just about practice and learn how to hop on those shots opposed to exploding into shot. If you look at Harden steph they are not jumping very high. Driving and shooting in the mid range is easier and base it off of 3 moves 1. Stopping on a dime and shooting 2. Dribble shot fake or any hesi and continue to the hoop 3. Stopping on the dime and pump fake and then shoot Also in the midrange play with fading on the shot. Excellent for mid range not so good for long range
Can you do a video for vertically challenged 5'8 (172cm) players? as they need to use their height as an advantage. I see a lot of small players are very quick and fast.
Don't think of your moves beforehand.. read your defender and react accordingly. This needs game experience..of course the drills in this video are very useful too, but nothing beats having actual defenders.
Show them move number 1 until they learn to stop it. When they do then move number 1 adds move number 2. Make sure that move number 2 can be done by itself because at that point you'll see them guessing based on the pivot they give you.
I need help on three things 1. Stamina to keep playing at a high intensity 2.up my vertical because I’ve only got like a 24inch very which is meh 3. Dribbling looking up at ALL TIMES😂👌🙏
I got you with stamina and vertical. Run hills that will help leg strength since you going up and that will halo your bounce and it will help stamina cause it gases you and is one of the best workouts I would run a steep hill 4-5 times and do lunges and the end that’s what I’ve done for training and it is helping very much
Either way I turns out a year later my staminas very good now and I’ve got around a 30” very and I lost bre weight and I’m soon gonna be dunking at 5’9/10 a lot changes in a year .... and also my ball handlin is tooo cold rn . NBA soon come by Gods grace
I was at a game today national round of 16(in England and also we were versing the next year up) and I didn’t play a second and I’ve improved so much everyone has said it I’ve never been benched the whole game before but tbh I need to get up and move on and it’s very annoying because the coaches love these certain two players I need to get on the starting team what should I do?

Mate a vid won't help U it's about U a vid shows what they are thinking tbh if U are nervous and preformed garbage just go to the gym and grind the entire day then take a day off and before it next game visualise before game
@@brady.widlake uh that would be way too basic purely ahtlericism is based in vertical and horizontal training split it into 2 parts cardio and weights cardio would be running basketball is played at a fast pace depending on ur level you want to run a lot that is important for ahtlericism and the next is weights weights don't have to be as complicated as this just upper body and lower body I personally prefer bro split aka lower upper transition Per day 1 2 upper body and core mainly bench press bent over row planks and cardio day 3 off day 4 day 5 lower body squat deadlift one leg kettlebell or dumbbell deadlift watch Currys hip training on that it helps shooting form and rhythm a lot and it helps U jump higher so it is obviously boosting athleticism the weekends take the day off then repeat U can add core exercises other exercises etc
Just be 250 pounds can jump 40 inches can run fast very strong and just bull doze that's 28967 out of lebrons 37300 points his shots and handles ain't worth learning cuz they are inconsistent
Lmao i have a very good handle in practice but in games i have a hard time crossing becuz i feel like my calves are bulging and the ball keeps hitting it maybe i shouldnt do calf raises pre game

Isn't it obvious no one gives a FK how good U are if U want minutes it's about effort ON DEFENSE tbh it's kinda weird why coaches keep better defensive players more than offensive players probs they think let the good players have a break but stop em from scoring at the same time
Why dribbling is HARD for some people but EASY for others: th-cam.com/video/dLLjqldcfvo/w-d-xo.html
Jogging around the neighborhood w/o looking at the ball is effective:
Establishing confidence in a skill is much of learning it.

I am good in practice, but I’m not that good in games
same thats my only problem
Same I would make several three pointers during practice but I be air ball'in during games

Super duper helpful...
I learned a lot with this one video....
I hope to see more in future :)
People just gotta work on controlling there nerves and not being nervous in front of a large crowd
Nerves are a factor, but that's not the only thing that gives players issues. The things in this video are equally a problem for many players.
@@GetHandles U right

All you gotta do for stamina is just jogging everyday for at least 30 mims

Do squats, bench press, deadlift, and leglifts.
If you dont have a weight bench do push ups 👍

Hey coach. Just a heads up, your American flag is backwards. When displaying the flag vertically, the field of blue needs to be on the left.
