I appreciate the steps outlined in your video. I’m still scared to try pressure canning 😅😂 Now that the garden has been put to rest, would you share your favorite resources for gardening? I’m a second year gardener and would love to spend the colder season learning for next season. Thank you for all you share!
Just watching this now and trying it myself, this can actually be 4 products in one if you dehydrate the bones after boiling them they can be free bone meal for your garden!
Attempting pressure canning for the first time this weekend! Starting with broth. Have you ever used frozen chickens without thawing or always thaw first? Love your channel and content! Happy New Year!!
I love how you love doing this ✨ what do you use all the broth for? I want to start canning and just found a load of old mason jars from my mom in law!
Hi there, I have just come across your channel. I am interested to know why you make your broth by boiling whole chickens and not from just the bones as others do?
I can't say from canning experience yet but when making bone broth to keep in the fridge you want to remove as much fat as possible. The fat goes rancid quickly and the broth keeps much longer with the fat removed. My guess would be yes but you'd have a shorter shelf life.

Great video. Thank you!

You can do it both ways. The other way you tend to need more bones to do the amount of broth I'm making
Really enjoy your content on IG
Thank you!
Can I keep the fat when canning?:) thanks for the vid. Just subscribed! From your insta.
