This edible arrangement is perfect for a gift or for a centerpiece for any occasions.

I use white chocolate, gel food coloring and candy-flo (so it wouldn't seize) and Lorann's strawberry flavoring. And, I made the unicorns. OMG!!! They were so, so beautiful!!! hey! i just wanted to know how to get the strawberries to set? because when i make my chocolate dipped strawberries for my strawberry tower, when i push the strawberries onto the toothpicks, the chocolate melts in my hand and makes an imprint :( x

Do not out your berries in the fridge. Leave them in a cool dry place to set after being dipped.
As i will be selling these also im afraid the strawberries leak ontop of another? I make choc strawberries and they do leak so in this case is there a way to prevent it from happening?

does it help to use glass containers to melt? i use plastic and if i let the chocolate sit it seems to get hard
I love using glass containers I feel that it does keeps the chocolate warm longer😊

When I melted my chocolate in microwave, after making 4 strawberries the chocolate in the bowl turned hard, when I put the chocolate back to microwave , it turned so lumpy
Could you please tell me how to keep the chocolate smooth the whole time
Hi Nazanin maybe you’re over heating your chocolate, you need to melted in intervals of 30 seconds maximum of 3 and each time take the chocolate out and stir it, and when is done let the chocolate cool down for 5 minutes and it gets nice and smooth. I hope this help😊❤️
Also, adding crisco really helps your chocolate come out shiny and smooth :)
