Also make sure you are using OIL BASED CANDY COLOR. If you use regular color for icing, it will cause your chocolate to seize. Also an alternative to the liquor to turn the gold dust to paint, you can use lemon extract. Alternatives to the coconut oil are vegetable shortening or paramount crystals!
@@lynn3186 I know I wish! 😂. But gel isn't made for chocolate mixing. It will cause your chocolate to seize. But an alternative is just buying precolored candy melts. And just drizzling that color chocolate into the white chocolate. That way you dont have to used oil candy color at all!
Hello everyone! I see a few questions on if the color gives it a bitter taste. If the berry has a large concentrated amount of color on it, you will taste some bitterness from it. However if you use less amount of color, you won't taste any! So when you squeeze in the color you can do 2 things to help with that. Either not pour in so much color, or, you can precolor some chocolate, then squirt that into the white chocolate. It will give you the same effect without the taste! The first time I tried this, I used a ton of color and was like whoa! 😂. In this video I ate these same berries and I didn't taste any bitterness, so try not to squeeze in so much color into the chocolate! But to be on the safe side, just precolor your chocolate and drizzle that into the white chocolate! Hope this helps! 😁
Yes! So instead of squirting the food color directly into the white chocolate for the marble effect, you can set aside some white chocolate and color it purple or pink, whichever color you pick. Then drizzle that colored chocolate into the white chocolate, and do the same technique with twirling the berry. That way it's not a concentrated amount of food color getting on the berry. Or you can buy the precolored chocolate.
Great tutorial video! I want to make a special cake with a chocolate covered strawberry border and thought these may be a bit difficult but you were right, it’s not hard just patience. They looooooook amazing! Beautiful or purty job!! 🥰
People are weird. Don't get the thumbs down...u gave us exactly what the title states, it wasn't long and drawn out and ur steps were clear. I loved ur video....thanks!! Girl u were whipping those strawberries up with the quickness LOL
One recommendation so you don’t have to “pick a side” is have a piece of long foam on the side and stick em in with the toothpicks so they can dry without a flat side 💁🏻♀️
Thank you for adding in that the alcohol will evaporate out because I’ve watched so many videos and they all say “ add Alcohol or use vodka “ but none noted that if these are for kids it’s okay . Beautiful work
This hasn't gone viral yet??? Absolutely love your designs😱😱😱😱 So beautiful and to the point. I'd love to see more from you. You're so creative. Thanks for sharing your talent with us! ❤
Your strawberries are so clean! I always see TH-camrs who still have dirty seeds. I don’t think they know what color strawberry seeds are. They’re definitely not black though. 🤦🏽♀️
I love, love, LOVE this video. Not only are the berries awesome, but you're so fun to watch doing it. I think this weekend will be strawberry marbling weekend. Thank you!
I don’t know what’s more awesome. How beautiful those berries are or how amazing of a cheerleader you are! Need you to hype me up when I do these! YASSSSSSSSSSS
Thank you for sharing this! You are extremely talented! So…creative. I’m going to try this. I can already think of so many things to do with the finished product!! Thanks again!
If you gently flick them side-to-side right after dipping, you won't have so much extra candy that ends up making a bulky base. Just wanted to share. THEY'RE BEAUTIFUL!! 🤩🤤
They are beautiful, and thanks for being so detailed. I'm not ready to try and make your cakes just yet, but I am going to try and make these strawberries this weekend.
Great job!! You make it look so easy. I tried to make them and failed miserably. I will try to make them again. You have definitely inspired me. Thanks.
I watched this with the sound off. It was so soothing to watch. I bet when you do these, they relax you bc they sure as heck relaxed me. LOL Stunning work!
Wow! Those r AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL 😍 ...AND u r the ONLY person ever that I've seen wearing gloves while handling food. My mom works as a cook so it's always been plastic gloves, hairnets, etc.😊

Love Meets Cake um when are you going to open up a store please. I would like to place some orders.
How do you keep these edible/nice longer ? Any tricks/tips...
So gel based color won’t work? Just making sure because oil based is EXPENSIVE. lol

Hello! Can you explain a bit more about precoloring your chocolate?
Yes! So instead of squirting the food color directly into the white chocolate for the marble effect, you can set aside some white chocolate and color it purple or pink, whichever color you pick. @@slbanks190 thanks so much!
Or you could drizzle colored candy melts into white chocolate....
Do you not get a crazy colored mouth from that much food coloring?

Would you need an extra long toothpick as well to stick into the foam?

Strawberry food looks so pretty. It's such a pretty dessert. It looks delicious.
You could use the suga and the marble effect along with the gold to make it look like a geo rock.
Love that!
I'm glad.. also look at a few geo rocks to get color inspiration. Gold sliver rose gold.. the combo are endless and people will go nuts
The gold steps it up a notch. Talented!
