sorry for the late reply! Keep the roses in the fridge but as far as making them in advance? Maayyybe a day ahead but not much further only because the chocolate strawberries have a very short shelf life

Sorry for the late response!! Yes you can make a day or the morning of but chocolate strawberries have a very short shelf life before the water in the starts to leak out

For this, I would sell between $70-$80 and that's low balling it for sure. A dozen roses by themselves run for about $20. not to mention the supplies and labor to put together :)
