This was already used to create Vader's voice in the Kenobi series.

I think they should use AI there’s no one who can ever replace the voice of dark Vader we all know that.
Given the controversy over AI, Lucasfilm will likely only use Jones's voice for special projects and leave things like video games to the other Vader voice actors. That way they'll avoid the impression of using the AI voice to eliminate their jobs
Why not just hire Chad Vader? He sounds just like him.
It is indeed true that Matt Sloan sounds and performs more like Mr. Jones than anyone else I've seen.

Correct. He's voiced Vader in a number of video games and Lego Star Wars entries.
AI can easily copy his voice just by listening to a 15 second clip.
