Oh my goodness Adam!! 56 Neo-Geo games in total. WOW! What a haul bro. I can't believe I'm seeing this from you. I just woke up and having my morning coffee and this happens to be my first Neo-Geo video of the day to see on TH-cam. Will be a pleasure to see this to start my morning right. Anthony! Haha yea I cant believe it myself. Its an amazing feeling to have this many Neo Geo AES games in the shelves all of sudden. Truely looks amazing to see the AES spines shining on the collection. I am 100% sure this was the best deal of my life. This console and its games really is something else. Definitely what I cherish the most in terms of retro gaming. And the price was way too good to be true, honestly. Thanks. I really appriciate that, Anthony! Yea, this is definitely something that doesn't happen often. Thank you for the support.
This is so awesome! So happy for you Adam! Some really good quality titles you found in this deal and from the looks of the condition on them they look to be in great shape. Congratulations.
Elliott! Thank you, man! What a boost to my NEO-GEO collection! From 12 titles to a library :D Insane. And yeah, most of them looked great. I think it was just 2-3 games that looked a little rough. Thanks!
@RetroMoments Even though its definitely not the best, I have the fondest memory of "King of Monsters". I grew up watching GamesMaster and I had memories of them playing it on the show, so when as a 19 year old finding a neo geo and games whilst game hunting in Dubai, I was so excited!
Gotcha! I liked King of Monsters but the controls felt a little sluggish for me trying it the first time. So I quickly turned to King of Monsters 2. But I can definitely the see the charm for the 1st one. Especially with nostalgia involved. And wow, game hunting in Dubai sounds like another level...
@RetroMoments I spent a month and a half in dubai in 2004 and loved it! It was an absolute untapped market then, cases of game and watches (even crystal versions), neo geo, 3do and all cost next to nothing... it was amazing! But this was when retro collecting was far less in vogue, I doubt it is the same these days but I would love to go back to find out.
Congrats Adam! As a fellow Neo Geo fan myself I must say this is an awesome find. From a financial standpoint, buying NG games in bulk is by far the best way to go if you can afford it. I bought most of my games individually and paid a TON over the years. I was never fortunate to find a big collection to buy like you did.
Thank you, Michael! Yea this was truly amazing. Cant believe it! Oh yea, crazy to say, but this was my 3rd Neo Geo AES package that I bought, even though it was by far the biggest one. And yea, its very rare that people sell collections like this. Most of the people who are sitting on their NG games knows what they have.
❤Incredible collection indeed!!!!! In today's market I'd say you found one of the Holy🙏Grails of Neo Geo hauls for sale that actually exist. To be able to get this many quality titles all at once is extra extra rare now. Congratulations to you and enjoy those games bud.💪😎💪👍😁👌
Thank you! Indeed it is an incredible collection! Cant believe I got the chance to buy everything! Oh yea, Ive noticed that too. Most people sitting on Neo Geo games out there are collectors now. The only one I know of who picked up a NEO GEO lot like this is Kacy DaGameNerd. But that was a few years ago! Thanks Crooner! 😃👏
@@RetroMoments You're welcome bud i've been collecting now since the early 2000s. That was a great time to collect especially around the time the Xbox 360 was released back in 2005. In what you were able to get all in one haul I'd say just the opportunity in itself to get that many Neo games all at once was far worth more than what you paid for it. I'm factoring in all the time you were able to save by getting that many games in one haul. It took me basically 20 years to obtain the games I have in my collection. So congratulations to you once again on a magical job well done. ✨👍😎👌✨
Oh I can only imagine. I met a guy locally who collected Neo Geo AES games since the early 2000's actually. He told me passed on a Japanese Metal Slug for 500 dollars because he though it just was too much for a video game haha. Pretty crazy. Its awesome to hear that you had the games for so long and still cherish them. Thanks! :D
@RetroMoments $500 WoW that is almost unbelievable I can't believe it. I've been a diehard fan of the Neo since 1991. I always knew it was something out there that could dethrone the Sega Genesis and SNES. It took the discovery of this system to prove my suspicions correctly. It's only one movie in existence that I know of where the Neo Geo AES system was featured in and it's called "Strapped" a 1993 film starring Bokeem Woodbine & Fedro Starr. At about 45 minutes into the film you will see the two guys playing the game Eightman. When I first saw this I was completely blown away and knew immediately I had to own this system some day.👍😎👌
Thats awesome to hear that you've been a diehard NEO-fan after all these years! Oh wow that's so cool! Havent seen that movie. Will definitely check it out. Thanks!
It’s my friend Adam 😊 yay hopefully you can be more in front of the camera xo What 52 and console and sticks!!!!!! Ninja commando looks like fun 😊 sengoku 3 with ninja lady with blue outfit looks fun :) last blade is fun I love snow scenes in games :)

Definitely insane collection! It is quite surprising, but not unusual, to find Japanese retro games outside of Japan in great condition! Congratulation on your valuable collection!
Thank you! Right, I know that many people in the west fancy the AES! But this big of a collection, I didnt think that would happen. Basically, this collection was without an owner. Thank you once again!
Thank you, Martin! I was definitely very lucky with all of this. I know how hard it is to find NEO-GEO games in Sweden. And finding all of this at once... I was hovering on clouds for weeks! :D
I had a similar very emotional experience 15 years ago: bought by chance 40 AES games and console for a bargain price, worth today more than 10 times more. Including several Metal Slugs an MOTW 🤩
Oh wow Roger! Thats amazing! Where did you find such incredible deal? I have MOTW thankfully. But no Slugs. Hoping too get at least one of those in the future!
Mr Crabman! Thanks mate! Well, to be honest, its just as hard to find it in Sweden. Keep an eye open and it might appear someday! Do you know if it was sold in Australia somewhere back in the days?
First off, congratulations on getting this collection. I think it's great to have the different versions of KoF and Fatal Fury series as they all play differently. The first Fatal Fury for me is mainly nostalgia. I was happy to see World Heoes 2 and Jet versions. The death match is very unique. I would say that KoF 99 is the best. I remember playing the Japanese exclusive version of that on the Dreamcast back in the day. I am at a loss of words, and I can't express how much I geeked over this video and happy for you. At the end of the video, when you said you can't put into words the feeling of holding a Neo Geo cart. I can kinda of relate as many, many, many years ago I had a make shift consoleized MVS and that version of Sanuku 3. That's the power of physical media, I suppose. 👍😱🔥😀💯
Thank you so much, man! 😃 Yea I was debating whether or not I would just keep one KOF or not, but like you said, all of them really are unique and play differently. KOF99 is definitely one of the better ones and it looks so good! Yea Death Match in WH2 was a really fun idea! I enjoyed it a lot! Oh wow that’s cool! And yea, this is definitely the most interesting system to collect for. Cool story, beautiful games and nice cases! Thanks again man! 😃👏
Hey Adam watching ur fantastic Neo Geo collecting 7:11 is pretty cool looking :) ❤ I love Blue Journey ❤❤ 8:11 nice. Neo geo has lots of fighting games that iv heard from you but it’s nice to see other genres 😊
great video but I thought you were going to reveal the total price you paid for this incredible collection, but I can already imagine what the $$$ amount was, all of those games are incredibly expensive, but since the person wanted to get rid of them I imagine he gave you a discount, but still it would've been interesting to know how much this all cost you, great video!
Thank you! Actually, it was a steal of a deal! I helped the seller to value a big video game collection. I was really just hoping to buy 3-4 games. But he gave me such a great deal for everything. Some really nice people out there. Well lets say, I was able to sell off about 10 games to recoup money spent!
Of course i wanna know how much this insain deal cost🤑 but i happy for you man i know you love your neo geo🎉 congradulations🎉 i cant even imagine buying 54 complete famicom games let alone a neo geo collection!? Im speechless🫢 would love to just have a console and a flashcart some day. Id also like to see you live stream some of this game play man👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Haha yea, I could definitely tell you. It was the most I spent on games ever. But at the same time an insanely good deal. I sold about 10 of the games to recoup the money spent. 46 games to the collection! Yea, I had to pinch myself in the arm the next morning. Hard to believe its real :D Yea man! You need a NEO GEO AES! Im telling you! I will definitely try to make more videos with these games!
Thanks for watching! Yea, definitely a portion of luck here! This doesnt really happen! Baseball Stars 2 is such a good game. I sold it to a friend already. And the other copy is for my collection. But I hope you find it eventually!
Thank you for watching! Now when say it, I do agree. But I was so excited to talk about these games that I had to make a video immediately without preparation.
Dude! That's a monster pickup, congrats man! How do you have all this Neo Geo madness stored/displayed? Do you have a game room tour video uploaded or planned?
Haha yeah! Thanks JJ! This is the kind of stuff that you dont think ever will happen. But it sure did. I actually dont have a game room as I live in a 2 room apartment when Im out of Japan. But currently looking to get something bigger. So lets see what the future holds. Would love to display them in a nice way. What about you?
I'm reworking my media room, but I have my AES stuff all set in place. It's a small collection, but I'm very happy with it. Thanks for sharing, cheers!@@RetroMoments
"This is definitely a cool box" sums up 95% of the NeoGeo catalogue pre-1994. Every NeoGeo game review back in the day was "Cool graphics, arcade perfect, but very average gameplay." 6/10 £180 😅 Amazing haul, though. Congrats. If you have no nostalgic attachment to the NeoGeo then you're going to get bored of it VERY quickly, however. You'll have no problem selling your games on for mad money.
Hahah so true, Mark! I mean, the NEO GEO feels like a pumped up SNES to me in an Arcade version of the games! Im actually having a lot of fun with many of the games since I love fighting games! So most of them will stay! Thanks for watching and commenting Mark!
Tack Snoflan! Riktigt kul sport spel!
Hahaha thank you so much, man! :D Yea, thats the real question :D Because believe me, Im far from rich haha! Lets just say I was really lucky with this. I paid way too little, but I made sure to let the seller know that I love this stuff!
Awesome! You should definitely go for it. Cheaper titles are still great. Before getting this I was set on getting about 15 cheaper games. I hope you will find some stuff too in Japan. Also hoping you will make some more videos on your channel one day :D
Sjukt!
Thanks! I appreicate that! As a matter of fact, the seller did not want me to publish the amount I paid. I can tell you that I got an extremely good deal on this because, 1, I showed him how much I dig this stuff. 2, I helped him value a big video game collection without him even asking for it. Goes to show what is possible if you just help out people out there.
Tackar Robert! I got too good of a price, honestly. But I helped him out with my knowledge of Retro Games so I guess it was a fair deal at the end. A lot of people already jumped on most of the games I was going to sell. But I will keep you in mind if I got something more.
You got the mostly Japanese a few English in there but I don't know how much you pay for it if you pay dirt cheap for that then you got over because that's still a lot of games especially the English I thought that blazing stars is real I was about to melt if it was cuz blazing starts cost too much money whether they're not pretty nice man🕹🎮😀👍🏾
Im sorry you feel so negative about it. Is it better for the games to rot in a basement rather than me showing them for everyone here? Ive played on the big red when I was a kid. But thats not even the reason. I gueniunly like this stuff and will keep it!
@@RetroMoments Easier to do if you'd actually list the games in the info page under the video. You have some great games but not worth much, like rb2, rbs, some games that I don't really know the value of but are great to play, like lb 1 and 2. I remember 1 or 2 expensive ones but not sure. I read you got motw, which is expensive and a great game. No ms games is criminal, but I don't know the prices (I have a cdz, owned an aes as a kid but sold it cause my mom was not gonna pay for my games...). I'd definitelly get ms1, x, and maybe 3. Shock troopers, especially 1. Neo turf masters..., but probably get the japanese version as eu and us will flatline you. Kizuna encounter, also get Japanese, lol. Sengoku 3 is good and maybe expensive? My tip would be to actually list games in videos like this in the description. Oh blazing star is great and might be expensive as well. Most of the pre 94 games you have are garbage tbh. Also not expensive. Best kofs 95, 97, 98, 02. Twinkle star sprites, strikers 1945+, magical drop 3, pulstar are some recommendations.
Great idea, actually! I'll do that, thanks! Oh yea, I love RBS and RB2, as well as LB 1 & 2. These fighting games definitely holds up well as of today. Yes! There's a previous video called "Ploppsi" where I talk about how I got MOTW! MS games are actually what Im looking at now haha. Preferably 3, which is my favorite. Oh yea, nice titles mentioned there. Shock Troopers is cool. Gotta get that. Sengoku 3 is fantastic. Played through it yesterday with my significant other. I totally get why you dont like the pre 94 games. They definitely have an older "feel" to them, compared to the later releases. Thanks for the recommendations!
@@RetroMoments Np. Some older games, besically non fighting pre 94 are still good though. Like puzzle bobble, leauge bowling, baseball stars 2, super sidekicks 1, etc.
@@RetroMoments He bought the house from the original owners parents who had no clue at best, at worst its stolen goods. Yeah keep bragging about it on TH-cam. Completely illegal purchase.
@@manicsx1757 I'm sorry to see that some people can't take it. Each purchase was done legally, of course. Each seller knows it is a very good deal. There was too much stuff to sell from the house and I helped out with a big part of it. Therefore, I got to buy the games. He was happy that someone actually wanted to cherish this collection.
Absolutely not. In fact, I helped him with valuing everything. And valuing other games he had. And he noticed I was really into the NEO GEO and wanted to give me a great deal for everything. Being nice to people pays off!
Haha absolutely! 😂 Seller doesnt want me to out the exact price. But I helped him value a big video game collection and gave him a little bit of money. I sold about 10 games (mostly doubles) to recoup all money spent!
Can't believe this happened. Very thankful for this deal.
Which game from this lot do you think I should play first?

I mean, the NEO GEO feels like a pumped up SNES to me in an Arcade version of the games! Im actually having a lot of fun with many of the games since I love fighting games! So most of them will stay!
Thanks for watching and commenting Mark!
Hi Adam 😊 great games 😊
Hey! Thank you :D
Wow! Grattis! Vilket fynd!
Aero fighters 2, Senguko 3, Top Hunter 😍
Vart kommer du sälja dubbletterna? Tradera?
Lite sugen på Baseball stars 2 😊
Tack Snoflan! :D
Riktigt fina titlar där. Gillade verkligen alla 3 som du nämde :D
Dom gick snabbt.
Holy shit brother, what an absolute beast find. Which body part did you sell, it was worth it
Hahaha thank you so much, man! :D Yea, thats the real question :D Because believe me, Im far from rich haha! Lets just say I was really lucky with this. I paid way too little, but I made sure to let the seller know that I love this stuff!
I'm definitely gonna start an AES collection in the near future. Hoping to find some nice deals on a Japan trip. One day!@@RetroMoments
Awesome! You should definitely go for it. Cheaper titles are still great. Before getting this I was set on getting about 15 cheaper games. I hope you will find some stuff too in Japan.
Also hoping you will make some more videos on your channel one day :D
Don't tell anyone, already working on new content.🤐 @@RetroMoments
Amazing! I'll keep my mouth shut :D
Sjukt!
super sidekicks 2 is my favourite
Such a cool soccer game! I actually tried it out yesterday. Super fun!
Joy Joy Kid is very charming but very difficult!! An aesthetic game!
Yea, usually not into puzzle games. But I got stuck in front of the screen trying it out the first time. Very fun game!
안녕하세요 네오지오 수집가 입니다 보기드문 소프트들 많이 가지고 있네요
영상 잘봤습니다 ^^
Wow! Very cool! Thanks for checking out my video.
More NEO-GEO videos coming soon on this channel!
56 games that's crazy
It is! I suddenly got a library of NEO GEO games! Can’t believe it haha!
So what was the price tag?
Wanna guess?
Easy to price what you have so please disclose what you paid. Honestly one of the best lots I’ve seen for a long time.
Grymt fynd! Great find! Hope you got it a fair price. Hit me up if youve got some doubles
Tackar Robert! I got too good of a price, honestly. But I helped him out with my knowledge of Retro Games so I guess it was a fair deal at the end.
A lot of people already jumped on most of the games I was going to sell. But I will keep you in mind if I got something more.
@@RetroMoments Console too? Otherwise Im intrested ^^
@@robertjohansson9853 Yea sorry Robert. A lot of people jumped on this. Keep checking Tradera. Sometimes consoles and games pop up.
You got the mostly Japanese a few English in there but I don't know how much you pay for it if you pay dirt cheap for that then you got over because that's still a lot of games especially the English I thought that blazing stars is real I was about to melt if it was cuz blazing starts cost too much money whether they're not pretty nice man🕹🎮😀👍🏾
Thanks man! I sold my doubles and got all the money back spent. Thats as much as I can tell you 😃👌
Go for broke with the *NEO GEO!*
_clean out your bank account!_
Haha! I definitely didnt do that this time around ;)
And you Zoomy purchased everything for pennies to hoard on a nostalgia you are not even part of. good job.
Im sorry you feel so negative about it. Is it better for the games to rot in a basement rather than me showing them for everyone here?
Ive played on the big red when I was a kid. But thats not even the reason. I gueniunly like this stuff and will keep it!
cant wait for a certain someone who shall remain nameless to beg you for discounts on those neo geo games your selling, be fore-warned
Haha thanks man! Yea I already got a few PMs about it.
I'll buy them from you. Let me know
Haha I'm keeping most of them. But a few left for sale. Where are you located?
Did you sell off your house and your wife for all that? Asking for a friend.
Haha! Wife is still here, house is still standing. Helping people with a bit of luck worked out for me this time!
Lots of bad games, with a couple of gems.
Tell me more! Which ones are what according to you?
Like puzzle bobble, leauge bowling, baseball stars 2, super sidekicks 1, etc.
looks stolen to me
Pff! I know exactly who had them before the seller bought this persons house with everything in it.
So you ripped him off?
Absolutely not. In fact, I helped him with valuing everything. And valuing other games he had. And he noticed I was really into the NEO GEO and wanted to give me a great deal for everything.
Being nice to people pays off!
hello 👋 great back to school 🤩 how much did you buy this incredible set of Neo Geo games??
Haha absolutely! 😂 Seller doesnt want me to out the exact price. But I helped him value a big video game collection and gave him a little bit of money. I sold about 10 games (mostly doubles) to recoup all money spent!
