What are the Japanese like with recapping consoles? I search on yahoo auctions for consoles for fun quite a lot and haven't seen any advertised as being recapped or anything translated to indicate as much.

The last store, Surugaya does. They have the best prices so can definitely recommend it! Super Potato created an eBay account during the pandemic. But the selection is far from what can be found in the actual stores.

Im not the best at reading kanji, but from what I understand its region-free and can also play NTSC-U as well as PAL games. Thats why.
