I honestly ate more when I wasn’t pregnant. I just want to eat more but I’m so picky 😅 I have to crave before I can eat it... otherwise, feeling nauseous will be triggered. Am I the only one? ..
Cocoa powder and cacao powder are 2 different things. They come from the same place but cacao is more beneficial. You’re still getting some benefits from the cocoa though. I made the same mistake when I first bought cocoa powder(thinking it was cacao lol) can’t wait to try this kind of smoothie!
Maybe she's eating "less" because there's only so much room in her stomach with her belly being taken over by a little baby!!!!!! I know that with my first child, I couldn't eat as much for that reason. :) great video!!! I also ate a lot of Chinese food when I was pregnant.... and spicy foods. A lot of spicy. This time around I've been much more moderate with my intake! Feel great :)
Everyone's saying it doesn't look like she ate much. I'd be full after her meals. I get full super fast being pregnant. Not much room for food to go. Your not supposed to eat for 2. I feel like pregnancy regulated my proportions which is awesome. Also drinking 8-10 glasses of water fills you up. . I love coconut water too! Great video ❤
Kandace Hoffman I wouldn’t say it’s technically a misconception. You are eating for two, but the second person is very tiny. My doctor told me an extra 100-200 calories would be appropriate.
Im 33 weeks preggy and my belly is 23cm I think. I can't eat much also coz my stomach is full of baby✌✌🤣. I also drink fresh coconut water, gladly theres alot of coconut here in our place👌.
I’m 31 weeks tomorrow (Monday) and I can’t believe that my baby girl will be here in about 9 weeks! It feels like just yesterday I was only 9 weeks along. This third trimester is really starting to get blah though. I love love love being pregnant, but my poor body is just getting so tired at this point.
Awe, congrats love!!! I feel you... definitely hard in the third trimester. Luckily we only have a few months to go!!! Good luck with everything, xoxo!!
hey wonderful video i wanted to know if pineapple was healthy during pregnancy cause i was told pineapple papaya can trigger contractions and isnt healthy can you give me some more info ?
Daza Layoun lol, if you’re pregnant that doesn’t mean that u can eat much, all i ate today was oatmeal and couscous with raw vegetables and an egg and that’s so enough for me and for my baby, I’m not hungry so I’m not gonna over eat and the baby is perfectly healthy and normal
Im 8 weeks. With my third pregnancy. I was born with congenital heart disease. I'm really skinny and small. Always have been. Before pregnancy I didn't eat that healthy and would skip meals because I was running a business and running after two boys. I'm trying my best to eat healthy and small portions. And not skip meals. I'm trying to avoid putting weight in the first trimester but keep a healthy weight. But I actually lost 5kilos from morning sickness and stress. I didn't know at the time I was pregnant. So now I'm underweight. Breakfast two smashed avo and boiled eggs without the yoke because I can't stand it. With a lite cheddar cheese on top. And I'll place it on a big cracker because bread makes me really constipated. I'm crying on the toilet. So I'm trying to avoid some carbs or I'll eat wholemeal bread or pasta. just until it gets better. The constipation is killing me and so is indigestion. It's slightly getting better. Or sometimes I'll have a healthy cereal with fat free milk. And sometimes a coffee but a really small amount. I'm trying to cut it out completely. I'll have coconut water or just water. After I'll go do a 30-40 minute brisk walk on the treadmill because in Australia we are in lockdown. We can't go anywhere. Usually id walk around in the shops but I can't do that with covid. Walking has Been a stress relief and it makes me feel better and more energetic. Lunch I'll have a small tub of Greek yogurt with all my favourite fruits on top. With chia seeds. And I'll have my water bottle next to me. And some fat free crackers with Vegemite and cheddar cheese. 🧀 Dinner for me is at 3pm because I wake up really early and I'm in bed my 8pm. If I eat too much before bed. I feel like I'll throw up. I'll have grilled salmon with a salad or breast chicken or I'll have lentils with rice or salad or stir fry with chicken or shrimp 🦐. Just depends what I've got. Then I'll have a little tiny amount of chocolate. 🍫😋 Then I'll go for another walk. So I can digest. Clean up after dinner and put the kids to bed at 7pm. Then just around 7pm I'll snack on some celery sticks or carrots. Or air popcorn or some almonds. But sometimes. I don't feel like eating because I feel like vomiting. But I keep really hydrated. I've never eaten this healthy in all my life. It's been hard but I'm trying. I miss my chips and chocolate. Lol. And subway and sushi 🍣😂. Sunday I usually go for takeout but covid won't let us out. We get Lebanese BBQ chicken with salad and fried chips and garlic sauce. I hope this gives other ladies some ideas what to eat. I also wish you a healthy pregnancy. 💞
Not enough protein from natural sources sorry. I don't care what you think, protein powder is no substitute. I would suggest aiming for at least an omlette for dinner or some tuna. Baby puts down fat stores now until birth.
Eating like that I’m surprised she doesn’t have GDM. The high sugar content n she kept treating herself with gummy, yogurt n the smoothie, the coconut water had natural occurring sugars!
The amount of fructose in the diet doesn't matter. It's how your body processes fructose/glucose that causes GD. Most women who have GD were pre diabetic before getting pregnant.
Thanks for sharing this post with all of us. I found this post very informative about what one should eat during third trimester. Even i have an article on healthy and high energy third trimester recipes. Check out the article here:
Honestly that smoothie can't be recommended at all. Full of artificial stuff and sugar and not even real oats. Not my thing at all (but happy if it works for her) wish the best!
@@DukeChubbyDun those are processed foods that "look" likr oats (you can always read the labels. The real ones come most time on a darker color and you can find on markets that sells organic cereals (or farmer markets) or a brand that doesnt add chemicals to least longer! Good luck

I'm with you. I'm Never really hungry. Need to wait for hours to feel hungry

Cacao isn’t safe while pregnant :)

I just found out im pregnant and nothing sounds ,smells , or tastes good 😩
I am the same way. My taste is highend and I can only eat a few things. Perfume and other smells make me throw up

Thanks love!! I appreciate the positive comment! xoxoxo
Angel Cat XIII I agree!! It is absolutely an American mindset and misconception to “eat for two”.

Really great meal ideas, love your channel so much ❤️❤️😍
Thank you Bethany!! So glad you enjoy my channel!!! xoxo

Thank you! I am not educated on if it is heather or not, but my doctor told me it was totally fine to eat while pregnant!
You need an ice cube tray with the silicone bottom so you can pop the cubes out easier
YES!!!! Ordering one off amazon today!! haha Thank you!! xo
Do u eat grapes frequently? Cus some people say it is bad during 3rd trimester.. But im craving them like crazy and I'm on my 3rd trimester 😩
Grapes are not good because it causes the heat to go up in your body and in the womb. It sucks because I am craving grapes😣😣😣
i feel like youre eating less tho
Please do a video on the different workouts u donin each trimester/ what is safe!!
I had thought about doing this but I am not trained! I could show what I did and what worked for me, but it may not be safe for everyone!
Miss Rylee Jade would just be great to see what you did!
Coconut water has been a God sent through my second pregnancy. I wish I knew about its benefits with my first pregnancy.
Wow what ever u eat in one whole day I eat it in one meal 🙈 being pregnant is great. How do u get full tho? Lucky u
haha I don't ever really feel full, that's why I am constantly snacking!!

ME TOO ! I just started my third trimester and I feel hungry all the time.. sometimes I feel like I don't eat enough

I feel like I don’t eat at all 😖 I need to fix my diet
What's wrong with all the negative comments.? People have nausea and loss of appetite even in the 3rs trimester.
Maybe put it's a vegetarian what i eat in a day.
Not enough protein from natural sources sorry. I don't care what you think, protein powder is no substitute. I would suggest aiming for at least an omlette for dinner or some tuna. Baby puts down fat stores now until birth.
Your meals are not very balanced just a thought
You hardly ate a thing lol surprised the baby weighed anything
I was thinking the same thing.
😂😂
After watching this I made that shake 😂😂
Haha yay! How did you like it??
Where is your instagram address?
New subscriber! That powder you put in the smoothie did say cocoa powder not cacao, so I'm confused a little!
Haha I was confused too!! I just recently bought Cacao powder and finally figured out the difference!!!
Cacao isn’t recommended for pregnancy
It's insane that you workout so much and eat so little.

Awww beautiful momma❤❤

Didn't realize those weren't real oats! Can you advise what real oats are, and where I can find them?
