How did you create the calendar to show holidays? And is it possible to display employee availability on a calendar
It’s just a standard SharePoint calendar list displayed in Origami calendar. You can show any event in it, employee availability also.
Great video! But I don’t find People Directory web part in our Sharepoint. How to make one?

In FAQ modern web part the + button is working fine but what's wrong with -(Minimize button) it's not working properly.

These are part of Origami package available to buy, they are not out of the box in SharePoint, at least not all of them
