Hi, thanks for your question. The majority of these examples use both native Microsoft SharePoint webparts and our Lightspeed365 webparts. Lightspeed365 is our SharePoint intranet product that includes a range of additional features in the form of additional webparts
Yes, all of these were initially created as communication sites. Although they were also upgraded to hub sites and nominated as the home site for each tenant as well.

Not a lot of value here. Would have been more useful if you included particular web parts that were used. I can run a Google search and look at pages.
