You can still put the gooseneck on the MB by node grabbing it gently lifting it, pinning the node (mmb) and then driving under and (ctrl+mmb) this will cause the trailer to be squatted but will be less with heavy duty road tires Also you might be able to equip bigger tires on gooseneck but idk

Vulkan made 7 days to die run on my pc, i went from like 2fps on the lowest settings to 60+ on ultra, everything maxed out. (Not actual fps, just going by eye as the FPS counter just didnt show up) I run a ryzen 7 5800x and a rtx 7900 gre with 64gb ram on ubuntu

That’s true you can do that but for career mode it’s really challenging to hook it up haha
You can change up the suspension and wheel hubs to make it sit level and accept trailers. It's a hauling monster lol
