Not a ramp, it's turn 4 of the midget track that was built when Carl Moyer was the owner. It was a fad in the '90's, midget racing. Where he went sailing off used to be an armco guardrail, that extended almost completely around turn 4. In 2007, a nitro altered smashed right through it, in much the same fashion as shown, excepted because of the armco his car was severed in two just behind the motor.
Holy Cow that looked like a wild ride! I'm happy to know he walked away to race another day.

about 30-40 feet into the cornfield. 100mph
