I went on a 2 day 1 night trip to see if this widely recommended tour was all it was cracked up to be.
In this video I will take you through the full itinerary of the 2 day 1 night tour whilst staying overnight in the famous floating bungalows. Get ready to experience LAKES, HIKES, CAVES and find out if this tour is as PERFECT as everyone says.

Hey Jack thanks for this. Great video and enjoyed all your commentary. I've been thinking about booking a tour and your video confirms my thoughts (and hesitations!) that it would be beautiful, but in big groups .... Out of interest who did you book through? I'd love to go but ideally with a smaller troupe!
Thank you for watching it's appreciated! I booked with a company called khao sok lake, khaosoklake.com/ the company were helpful in the build up to it but I think the issue is the type of tour booked. All the different tour companies link together when you get there if you choose standard group tours. To get a more private tour, you would have to select one of the other options on their site or whoever you book it through. This will of course be more expensive but i think as long as its not hugely overpriced you'll have an incredible experience and it will be more centered around your smaller group than a generic tour. Hope this makes sense and helps a little 😂👍

Was there wifi or cell service in the park?
No, unfortunately not, but you can pay for WiFi at the bungalows if you do need it, i think one guy said he paid 250 baht for the day. These were the ones I stayed at, though I'm not sure about the more upmarket accommodation situated around the lake.

You are right, I will definitely take this into consideration going forward. Thank you. I put a price range at the end as an idea of what you can be looking to pay, but I completely understand the need for specifics. Thanks for the advice 👍
