- Located in magical Khao Sok National Park is the the beautiful man made Chiew Larn Lake, where you can stay at a myriad of different floating resorts. It was more then I could imagine, totally immersed in untouched nature, with no cell phone connection and pure life surrounding you. This is an experience you absolutely need to put on your bucket list when visiting the country. No doubt this is one of the most beautiful destinations in Thailand.

I went to Khao Sok once but never stayed overnight on the lake like you did. It’s spectacular view from your room. Did you meet Hanna in Thailand or did you both come from Canada ?
The view was incredible! I met Hanna in Koh Tao.😊 But it was like we were friends for many years.
