  • Force of Virtue is a miniature skirmish game set in the 15th century. Regular viewers will know I'm a sucker for all things historical, so when my friend Jay Maxwell, asked me if I wanted to have a look at a game he had worked on, I sure did!
The review is marked as a paid promotion because I got a free copy of the rulebook, my opinions are entirely my own.
You can find more about Force of Virtue at masterstrokega... - including the rather excellent tutorial missions so you can give the game a spin. You can also get more information via email by contacting tempus-fugitiv... - or even better, if you're around London go say hi and get some tips on how to wield a sword!

The Four Horsemen is not a complete game; you will need a copy of the EZD6 Core Rulebook which you can also find at DriveThru RPG:

Definitely! I quite like how the stats define a character's personality. Could see this being used in an RPG system. It's not unlike the way Greg Stafford's Pendragon handles character traits; the virtues are far more romanticized there though :)
