I discovered Neil through his training videos. To this day, even with TH-cam overstuffed with training videos and tutorials, Neil's masterclass videos are second to none. There's even a special place in my heart for its funky soundtrack.
I started learning climbing techniques from Neil when I was 15 years old. Now, I am a climbing coach after 10 years and I'm still impressed by his style, technique, and motivation. Thank you Neil for all I've learnt from you! Good luck!
wait can someone explain to me what he did to his coffee. That part where he blended his coffee. What did he blend it with... or was he just frothing it
I’m in my early 40s and have found that I have to train smarter than when I was younger. Can’t crank my brains out every session and have to warm up really well. I believe one can definitely gain strength past 40 but it doesn’t come as easily as when you are younger because you do t recover as readily. Body weight is also a big factor (at least for me!). The body becomes more sensitive to carbohydrates so I can no longer eat whatever I want. Experience goes a long way though!
Always inspired by Neil, and he helped influence me to switch to eating keto five years ago, now full carnivore and in the best shape of my life at 63.
