I have looked for these for YEARS! i used to go to a chinese restaurant out west that had them on a buffet and i would simply make a meal of these!! they are THAT GOOD!! I love them and will be getting the ingredients and trying it out, bec there is nothing better than these warm and fresh!
Ok After playing around with diff temps, I have found for me that making the balls quite small definitely helps to fry them faster and I start around 300 or a bit more and then follow the remaining instructions u gave. 325 is sweet spot but I can’t get them to properly cook without making little balls and then quicker frying. I really appreciate u making this video bec I absolutely adore these things. The sweetness wo overpowering, the sesame flavor and the chewy inside while crispy outside r just up my flavor alley!!❤❤❤❤❤
My absolute favorite dessert paired with hot tea. Better than ice cream or chocolate mousse. Gotta get some tomorrow. Will try to make them at a future time but I’m in NYC and tomorrow is Dim Sum Sunday!

Finding I have to fry on little higher temp or they won’t go hollow bec I like these wo filling and I have to make them very small to make it work
