Revealing mistakes is not humor or a joke, even though comedians use it as material for jokes. However, this is a very serious matter.
Intelligent people know how to expose mistakes so that others notice and learn from the mistakes, without or by hurting other people's feelings.
Righteous living is not about comforting or pleasing people who make mistakes. But it is about how to make those who are guilty realize their mistakes and make other people learn from that mistake.

While IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is a measure of your ability to solve problems and think logically, EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) measures your ability to understand and manage emotions. Your EQ can have a greater influence on your success in life than your IQ.This video is about how to identity a person with high intelligence which is both IQ and EQ,but for this example setting is in social environment so its EQ.

These could really be summed up as “reading the room” and I think has more to do with social/emotional intelligence. I’d think of raw intelligence being things like “resists black and white thinking” or “is comfortable saying ‘I don’t know’” or “has large vocabulary but doesn’t use incorrect words” just to name a few.

They have season 3 and 4 in reverse. This is how I would have done this.
Season 3 is where they met The Sparrow Academy with a different no. 1 (No Ben as he is fully dead in Season 2). In their effort to outdo each other, they created the Kugelblitz. Then the Umbrellas and what's left of the Sparrows bonded to save the world. Luther still married Sloane. Reggie, in an effort to con the siblings pretended to be nice and told them everything including Abbie. Then he did them dirty and killed Luther in the process. He started activating the universe reset button but it did not work. Everybody was thrown of to different timelines and Reggie was able to escape to the timelime he wanted.
Season 3. Five and Lila got stuck in the endless train loop. They jump through timelines as they did in episode 5 with Lila being heavily pregnant with Diego's kid. They finally stopped and took refuge in one of the timelines. Five became Lila's kids adopted father. Altho I abhor them getting together, if they must, somehow them being a family unit is more acceptable than the horrendous plot we got. In their timejumps, they found out that Reggie created 3 other versions of the academy.
Sloane, Viktor and Diego ended up in the current timeline. They looked after each other as brother and sisters. Diego ended up forming his own academy with 6 other powered children and became number 1 as he always wanted. He was investigating and stalking his father Reggie and Abbie In this timeline, he also found out about Jennifer but he was not sure how she fits in the picture. Viktor and Sloane decided not to be part of Diego's academy. Viktor worked in his bar. Depressed and still mourning for the death of Luther, Sloane unalived herself. Diego and Viktor found her in a pool of her own blood.
Klaus woke up in the land of the dead. There he saw Luther, Ben and eventually Sloane. They united with other dead children like them with powers.
Alison ended up back in the timeline where he met Ray. They got married and had a daughter whom they named Claire. Alison worked at the same salon she worked before. She also found out that there is a Cabal of lizards beings in that timeline.
In the current timeline, Diego had made it his mission to rescue Jennifer from his father while Gene and Jean were also after her. A powered up Klaus made an appearance along with Luther, Sloane and Ben where Ben recalled the girl he met before he died. It triggered alot of memories including who killed them. Five found out how to go back to the current timeline and he timejumped with Lila and Lila's kid. Diego, confused, started begging for answers and and Lila explained. Alison contacted the commission to find out where her siblings are. She went back to the barn field to get a briefcase that she can use to timejump to the current timeline to warn her family of the Cabal. INSERT FAMILY DRAMAS HERE.
Meanwhile in another part of the timeline, the rest of the sparrows had their own adventures and they found out why the reset button from Hotel Oblivion did not work. It did not work because it needed all 43 children to power it up and an opposing force (Durango) to negate it and bring the timeline to normal all while keeping them alive.
Diego's new team was investigating and fighting Gene and Jean whilst the OG umbrellas plus the ghosts went about rescuing Jennifer from the evil grasp of their dad. Both Reggie and Abbie are bad and they wanted to keep Jennifer away from them as they do not want this world to end. Ben and Jennifer had moments of deja vu and they kissed activating the Durango. Abbie hissed, annoyed, she mentioned how they just activated the end of the world and the only way to stop the reaction is to extract the Marigold and Durango out of them. The family thought they had no choice but to let the Cleanse consume them.
The Sparrows coming back from their mission told them of the reset button and how that can be a better solution. But for it to work, one version of each of the 43 children must be present at hotel oblivion plus Jennifer. So they split again. In the end, they managed to bring one version of all 43 children from other places and timelines into the current timeline with Klaus conjuring the dead ones back to the land of the living. They activated the reset button thay extracted the Marigolds out of their bodies whilst the Durango acted as the antiforce, a failstop to keep them from dying. The living members woke up to the green park scene where they don't know each other yet they felt a sense of Deja Vu. The dead, because they were dead, did not loose their memories. The are back in the Nether regions looking down at their families on a big TV in the sky. Klaus, as he was neither dead nor alive at the time of reset, was the only one alive who remembered everything. In an unfortunate twist, he ended up dressed in white in a mental hospital where he formed a band of loyal followers. The end.
