How (not) to paint a Saurus Warrior for Seraphon in Age of Sigmar!

- This project did not turn out the way I had expected at all! But instead of throwing it out half-way through I decided to change my plans and try something completely different.
I like it but it's not the final color scheme for my Saurus Warriors for my Seraphon army for Age of Sigmar. I will have to try again I guess :-) - เกม
I died inside when you covered up the glowing neon sign Saurus with a flat red.
That design was so awesome that I'm probably gonna use a piece of it for my new Saurus.
You have a LOT of patience for very meticulous work! Great video, cool looking result and it was very interesting to hear your thought process throughout.

Not gonna lie, the Sigvald Burgundy with white drybrushed scales (4:25) look pretty cool as it is IMHO. Great paint job as always!

Maybe different colors for different units:
option 1 for units with a spear,
option 2 for mace-wielding units.

This is actually what I did with my Saurus both the old and the new. The new ones gave me an even better way to incorporate a combining color too.
It was a gem seeing the different progressions of colors. I loved your Raptadons and both schemes you came up with for your Saurus looked good too. Failed projects can feel painful but as long as its fun then we can learn and keep going!

I feel like your style is so distinct that they still visually cohere. Im personally super inspire by the ancient world so I think the eclectic color clash is fun

I know you said this is not what you're going to be moving forward with but I for one would love to see what you do with a similar colour scheme on one of the larger Seraphon units because this is an excellent result! I got the recent new Seraphon box and I'm very tempted to follow this tutorial!

8:43 I love your style but I think your problem was the skin looking like armor and not organic. It looks gorgeous on the Chaos Marine you painted but your old lizards were how I found you on IG.
