I don't get it. If he just shot up the school minutes before and this Subway is almost a stones throw or two away from the school....why does it seem people are just going about their business like nothing happened? Wouldn't there have been a huge police presence even at the Walmart where this Subway is?
      This looks very strange.

The fact that he is so calm and even " normal" after shooting 17 people dead shows that at that time he felt nothing. No remorse, no fear, no nothing. Then while being arrested he was heard crying and during interrogation he was crying and wanting to die. Even in the courtroom he plugged his ears because he couldn't stand to listen to himself during the shooting. Not exactly sure what's going on here but this teenager will be studied for decades. Notice he did keep looking to his right. Not left. That I believe was to see if any police were coming.

Nikolas witnessed the death of his adoptive father from a heart attack when he was five years old in 2004 and was subsequently raised by a single mother who abused alcohol and who died suddenly 15 weeks before the massacre.
The brain damaged Nikolas was also exposed by his natural mother to illegal drugs, alcohol and nicotine in utero and had to be resuscitated at birth, with the alcohol causing a neurodevelopmental disorder.
Immature for his age with impaired social skills, he was bullied and ostracized by his younger brother and peers and sexually abused by a trusted peer, his lawyers state.
Medicated throughout his childhood, he was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder, with deficits or delays in memory, motor function, cognition and well as adaptive, executive and independent functioning and autism and acute psychosis.

Yeah I'm wondering how he even blended in, where he threw the gun, etc., and why the swat team didn't catch him at the school? It would be interesting to see a step by step analysis of how we even able to get in the school armed, shoot up classrooms, then somehow blend in with the other students, etc.

@@bryant475 he blended in by bringing a school uniform that he put on after, he threw the gun right next to Jamie’s dead body on the third floor, the cops didn’t even go into the school until a few minutes after he had ran out with other students but they still thought he was inside supposedly. There’s a video of his movements on YT I don’t remember the name though

A person like N C is a sociopath, or an antisocial personality. The word insane doesn't usually apply to criminals, as planning and being intentional is commonplace. The antisocial personality can bring many symptoms, such as hostility, risk taking, aggression, and impulsivity. The lack of remorse, and seeming detached is also part of being antisocial. The home environment, ie, abuse, instability, substance abuse, and sexual misconduct can have a profound impact on a child's mind, although siblings in the same home environment may not always succumb to a chronic mental illness.
