hey everyone! welcome or welcome back to my channel! it's so good to see you here :)
sorry for not uploading since a while, i've been ~trying~ to mentally prepare myself for back to school. i swear it still feels like the middle of april; i genuinely cannot believe i'm going to be a junior. it seems so scary to think about.
anyways, in this video, i bring to you my honest review of the zebra mildliner brush pens! i've been eyeing at these for a while now, but i never actually bought them even though i wanted them super badly. thankfully, my birthday was just a couple weeks ago, and i got them as a birthday gift (shoutout to you know who you are :))
i realize i am privileged to afford this (birthday gift or not), but the reason i do these types of videos is to help YOU decide whether or not to buy them. honestly speaking, price-wise, these brush pens are pretty comparable to other brush pens in the market, and i know it seems unrealistic to get ALL the brush pens on the market like many youtubers may portray to have. by doing these reviews, i hope to give you a sense of what brush pens you can/should buy :)

i’ve been wanting to try these brush pens for so long but i just couldn’t bring myself to buy them 😳. and wow i honestly just realized that the fine tip on the brush pen is thinner than the one on the regular mildliners!!
right?? i thought they were going to be the exact same size but i guess not :)
One reason to have them the same colour is if u do monochrome style notes where it is one colour
i bought all three sets of them and i actually really enjoy using them for my bujo, it’s also really good cause they match with the highlighters so i can really colour coordinate on my notes haha

I wish I had bought these instead of the regular mildliners, since they’re so similar but these ones offers a brush nib which can be used as a broad nib AND a bullet nib (although the bullet nibs on these are thinner than the ones in regular mildliners) so I could avoid buying similar products 🥲 Now I’m struggling whether I should buy these as well 😭

I don't really like the zebra ones because they don't have the actual bottles of inks available. You should check out the sailor shikiori brush pens. I picked up the yukinari ones because of the ability to just buy a bottle and refill the pen using capillary action to refill the pen

Yeah I think they are. There are pens I tried that work the exact same. But use them if you want! They are good and don't run out until a long time. The whole point of everyone having them is not nice. Some people on Etsy sell just as good ones!
Have the regular ones... They frayed quickly. Thumbs down but thumbs up for a great video! 💜
