    Whenever I see such thumbnails I feels like I have all the signs but, wait not now changing food habits, waking up early, taking sun bath, eating only as much as I can changed my life completely... Eating fruits and all kind of vegetables and cutting all outside food is the main part of life.... And now I feel so good and wanna thank him for changing everything 🙂

    THANK YOU for this video. One week I followed your recipes and I can already see my health improving. I have thyroid and fatty liver and some foods to eat for liver are not good for thyroid and vice versa. If you could make a video on managing both conditions together, would be really helpful.

And please make more such videos on body signs as those which you talked about in the video are not the only ones, there are many such signs that our body shows such as excess hair loss, white spots on nails, receding hairline, cuticles coming out from the skin around the nails, etc. And it is not very easy to notice them properly and figure out which nutrient deficiency we have and how can we resolve it. Please make videos on these signs as well, it will do a lot of help for us and save a lot of time for us as well❣️

      Most of points he mentioned is somewhat right
      But worm infestation should be treated , it doesn't go way by cutting of sugars , increase in fibre content .
      He promoting gud stuff with some misinformation.

    Great video. Speaking of high protein diets, can you make a video on this? This is actually confusing for many of us. Ayurveda doesn’t speak of macros and protein but all the current health coaches push high protein diets and weight lifting. What is your opinion and should we find a mid ground between ayurveda and the high protein/weight lifting way of life ?

      Yes Sister, Protein Diet is really misinterpreted & misguided by many people as well as trainers too. And at some extent, those Whey Protein selling Companies too.
      Over consumption of protein diet may lead to kidney damages.
      Assume that your body weight is 82 KGs (181 Pounds). Now, most trainers will suggest you to consume (0.9 to 1.2) times of (181 grams) daily protein intake. It is harmful for you.
      Just imagine 163 -217 grams protein every day.This is the way they fool common people.
      Actually it should be (0.9 to 1.2) times of (82 kg) daily protein intake.
      74 grams to 98 grams per day.
      It is Reasonable as well as Digestive.

    Hello Vivek sir
    The video you made on salt was very good. The link provided by you of such salts specially pink salt/sendha namak create some confusion for me because when I saw the comment section of Amazon of such salt there are so many negative reviews that salt doesn't dissolve in water. I also saw some other brands of pink salt and sendha Namak on Amazon but unfortunately there is a same problem people say the salt doesn't dissolve in water.
    So sir request you to make a video on salts and purchase these types salts and test in your vedio to identify the pure Rock salt /sendha namak. That will really helpful for me and other people.
