Try. N-1 champion spark plugs is like a vtec to the horsepower is to a yz 125. But I found out on my own the plug has more power then any plugs out there is the vintage ones …..to a banshee

I am having so much trouble with the carb eliminater kit I went with a 38mm mikuni flat slide I have stock engine except the raw 370cc big bore cylinders jetting I can't get to run more than 30 seconds to do anything.... also installed the cool heads I followed your videos to a t except the 2 to 1 intake because I can't find any thing on them. I also installed v force 4 reeds with cages.. any advice would be sooo appreciated it's a 98 banshee.

You lost me at hanging idle. That's what mine is doing and I thought it was a throttle cable problem. Could you explain more about how to fix the hanging idle? Thanks.
a Hanging idle is cause by 3 things. 1)an air leak causing a lean condition 2)air screws set too lean/pilot jet to small 3)idle set too high. try closing your air screws first. the small brass flathead screws closest to the back of the carbs on the left side. close them 3/4 turn.

I will do a plug chop once I go back down again. just wanted your opinion runs great
Did you ever do a follow up plug chop once the needles were adjusted, i can't find it. great work on the videos by the way, very helpful for me tuning my RD350LC
Hey it's me again I have a question I fixed the issue on it revving up and it was fine but today I took off and it was bogging the plugs were wet with oil on them but I have been babying it cause I was riding in my neighborhood but it still bogs a bit on low end it has the 270 main jet and stock pilot jet and on 4 th clip on needle I also just installed a set of boysen reeds that goes on the stock cage thanks
Henry Lewis Man I forgot what advice I gave you the first time, 4th clip on the needle sounds like too much. It'll cause it to be blubbery and break up. Drop the needle to the 3rd clip and see if that helps. What is your air screw set at?
If you are mechanically inclined and dont mind doing some work. I'd say yes. If you want a bike just to jump on and go and not have to touch it much. Get 4 stroke .
Hey my banshee keeps bogging out and i notice after starting it 1 or 2 times it doesnt want to start and i check my 02 sensor and they keep getting wet like gas i keep the bashee in my garage and havnt even road over any water or mud just dunes can anyone help or have any ideas of what i could be?
You mean spark plugs, you need to check your float levels and id pull the carbs and check the float needle and seats. Be sure they are sealing. Do you know what your jetting is?
Yes sorry spark plugs and yes having little trouble getting right side float level good leaks very little gas but not alot and im just learning i need to find out what jetting ..before i did the rebuild carb i conected the 2 nipplse for the overflow gas together so it wouldnt leak out all the gas and notice rite away that it flooded the carbs gas came out the air filters we turned it of fast but been having spark plugs wet now and keeps bogging out

mains are a little high, need about a 300, pilots are good if your running a 6 groove needle.
